6. Has Defeated Urouge

It was explained that Cracker had defeated one of the Worst Generations, Urouge. Cracker also told Luffy that he was the first to make him reveal his true form. This means that during the fight against Urouge, Cracker only uses an army of biscuits without showing himself.

7. Probably Has Mastered Awakening

Cracker is not only able to manipulate biscuits, but can also produce or make them. That ability is only exclusive to Logia users. Based on Doflamingo's explanation, it could even be done by Paramecia users if they have reached the Awakening stage.
