Tokyo Revengers, which tells the story of the motorcycle gang Tokyo Manji with science fiction elements such as time travel, is indeed interesting to follow. Ken Wakui's best-selling manga has been adapted into an anime and live-action film that sells well. One of the characters that makes fans feel at home is a cute girl named Hinata Tachibana.

This cute girl named Hinata Tachibana is the girlfriend of the protagonist Takemichi Hanagaki. In the future, Hina gets involved in a fight between two gangs and gets killed. 1. Always Look Beautiful

Hinata Tachibana had 3 appearances in Tokyo Revengers; a student, a grown woman, and her special appearance in the bonus artwork in Chapter 187 of the manga.

As a middle school student, Hina had shorter hair with bangs covering her forehead. Her hair is light brown. Her eye color is the same as her hair. She often wears her  uniform, consisting of a white button-up shirt, a striped tie and a gray skirt.

Hina also appears as a high school student. In high school, her uniform is similar to her middle school uniform, but has a bow tie. Hinata also has long hair that reaches her shoulders (Chapter 208).

As an adult, Hinata had slightly longer hair that reached her shoulders. She is seen wearing a pastel-colored floral dress and a necklace around her neck as well.

This four-leaf clover necklace is the one Takemichi gave him after Toman's battle against Moebius (Chapter 30).

In the bonus artwork, Hinata wears a red plaid jacket and a thick sweater inside. She also wears a short skirt which she wears with leggings. Her physical appearance is the same as when she was in high school (Chapter 187).

2. Cheerful and Optimistic

Hinata Tachibana is a woman with a very cheerful, kind and positive character. She is able to lift the mood of everyone around her due to her cheerful nature. She cares deeply for Takemichi and goes to great lengths to protect him. Hina even goes so far as to slap Mikey when she thinks that Mikey and Draken are bullying Takemichi (Chapter 4).

Hina really understands other people and wants to help if anyone needs her help. She hopes to motivate people to move forward instead of shutting down. Despite her young age, Hina proves to be a very mature teenager, strong-willed and firm in her convictions.

He is the reason why Takemichi is doing everything in his power to change the future where Toman is ruined and Hina is killed. Even when Hina was dying, she prioritized saving Takemichi's life (Chapter 33).

3. Unyielding Determination

Just like Takemichi, Hinata Tachibana doesn't have any special abilities, especially in fighting. But both make it up with their unyielding determination. Because of her strong will, Hina defends anyone who dares to hurt her friends and Takemichi.

She is the most important part in the battle against Tenjiku, where she convinces Mikey and Draken to help Takemichi (Chapter 169). Hinata might not get into fights, but she was the one who gave the biggest impetus to defeating Kisaki once and for all.

During Takemichi's final time-travel where he decides to save Mikey and possibly destroy the best outcome he has worked so hard for, Hina continues to support him even if he chooses the wrong decision (Chapter 208). Neither Hina nor Takemichi would ever choose to give up even when things went against their will.

4. Great at Playing Piano and Aspires to be a Nurse

Hinata Tachibana loves to play the piano and is very good at it. She really likes eating chocolate. She hates bitter coffee. Her favorite animal is a dolphin. The people who are her inspiration are her mother and Helen Keller, which is why she wants to be a nurse when she grows up.

5. Her Relationship with Takemichi Hanagaki

Hinata Tachibana started dating Takemichi Hanagaki when they were in middle school. She loves Takemichi very much and often takes desperate measures to protect Takemichi and her feelings. Her cheerful personality always erases Takemichi's worries. She also really likes to talk about her feelings.

Hinata acts as a motivator for Takemichi and also, his only source of determination. Hina is also very loyal to him as it is shown that after their separation, she has never been in a relationship with another man. She keeps and wears the four-leaf clover necklace Takemichi gave her many years after their breakup.

6. Naoto Tachibana’s Sister, Takemichi’s Time Leap Trigger

Naoto Tachibana is the younger brother of Hinata Tachibana. The siblings really care about each other a lot. Hinata is the only reason why Naoto asks for Takemichi’s help to change the future.

Naoto is also the trigger for Takemichi's time leap. He becomes a police officer in the future after Takemichi informs him of Hina's impending death in 2017.

7. Her Father is a Policeman Named Masato Tachibana

Masato Tachibana is the father of Naoto and Hinata Tachibana. He works as a police officer. Masato persuades Takemichi to break up with Hina so that his daughter is not in danger (Chapter 90).

Although Masato's efforts are successful at first, he later admits defeat when Hina tells him that he had not married Hina's mother because of his dangerous background and work (Chapter 108).

8. Kisaki Tetta’s Elementary School Friend

Before Hinata Tachibana met Takemichi, she and Kisaki attended the same elementary school. Kisaki and Hina used to walk together, with Hina being Kisaki's only friend. As the two were walking on their way home, they saw a group of high school students hurt a cat for no reason.

Hina then walked towards the group and talked to them. This act gives the cat a chance to escape. The bad boys then direct their anger at Hina until Takemichi arrives (Chapter 89).

Just like Takemichi, Hina dared to face the bullies while being scared at the same time. Takemichi fought them in a fight but failed miserably. The group of bullies finally left and Hina's tears started to flow. Takemichi comforted Hina until she stopped crying. This is the reason why Hina fell in love with him (Chapter 89).

9. A Misunderstanding with Emma Sano

Hinata Tachibana got jealous because she misunderstood Takemichi and Emma Sano's relationship. But later, Hina became best friends with Emma when she found out about Emma's feelings for Draken and supported her when they all went to the festival.

Hinata misunderstood the relationship between Takemichi and Emma when she saw Emma crying with her head on Takemichi's lap. Hina gets angry about it. Her jealousy soon dissipated when he found out about Emma's love for Draken.

She tells Takemichi at the festival that she still hasn't forgiven him about what happened between him and Emma at the karaoke. Hina immediately tells Takemichi that she forgave him when she was about to kiss him under a tree in the rain.

After their kiss is interrupted by Emma's arrival, Hinata and Emma continue to help Takemichi save Draken that was about to be killed by Kiyomasa(Chapter 25).

10. Killed Multiple Times in the Future Forcing Takemichi to Time Travel Again and Again

After successfully preventing the assassination of Hinata Tachibana who was hit by a garbage truck in 2017, Hina appears again when Takemichi returns to the future. This time, they were both adults. Just as Takemichi was about to return to the car where Hina was waiting, Akkun hit him with a large car.

Takemichi tells Hina that he will save her before the car explodes and gets Hina killed again.(Chapters 31-33).

When Toman and Valhalla's fight ends, Takemichi returns to the future again. It turns out that he is now a Tokyo Manji top brass (Chapter 70). Naoto captures Takemichi and shows him a video in which someone orders Hina's murder (Chapter 76).

Takemichi goes back in time to save Hina once again. Before he leaves to fight Taiju Shiba, Hina's father tells Takemichi to break up with Hina for the good of both of them (Chapter 90). Takemichi does, but they get back together after Toman wins against the Black Dragon (Chapter 91, Chapter 108).

Draken and Mikey are discouraged after Emma dies and Hina decides to motivate them. Hina reveals to both of them that Takemichi is from the future. He tells them that Takemichi has been fighting alone to save everyone all this time. This ignited the fire within Mikey and Draken. They also help Takemichi defeat Tenjiku (Chapter 169).

Takemichi and Hina reunite at Pah-Chin's wedding in the future after 12 years of separation. Everyone from Toman looks happy and they live a peaceful life. Takemichi's mission is successful and Hina is saved (Chapter 192). However, everything changes when Takemichi decides to go back in time to save Mikey.

Takemichi meets young Hina in high school and apologizes for her leaving their marriage. Hina replies that she will support Takemichi in everything he does, even if his actions will destroy the good future he has achieved before (Chapter 208).
