He had a cog-like arrangement that appears to be his mouth. Porco’s Jaw Titan also looked muscular and can run fast, often on all four like the Cart Titan.

2. His Titan’s Small, Yet Intimidating

Of the Nine Titans, the Jaw Titan is the smallest, standing at “only” 5 meters. However, Jaw Titan has tremendous devastating powers, especially its incredible speed -- making it a big threat for any of its opponents.

His compact stature allows Jaw Titan to make maneuvers on the battlefield, which can’t be done by any of the other Titan Shifters.

3. Had Incredible Speed

Porco had often shown his amazing speed and agility in his Titan form. He’s able to make huge leaps, either to attack or escape from enemies. 

Porco’s Jaw Titan excelled at making ambush attacks, which was shown when he annihilates the soldiers who attack Reiner at Fort Slava without being known.

Porco was also faster than the previous Jaw Titan Shifters: Marcell and Ymir.

4. Devastating Power

One of the biggest strengths of Porco Galliard’s Titan was the power of its jaw and claws, which were built to destroy anything.

With his jaw, Porco could easily destroy railways without hurting himself, he was even able to bite on and destroy War Hammer Titan's crystal.

5. Was a Candidate to Inherit the Armored Titan

Years prior to the Paradis Island Operation, Galliard was the primary candidate to inherit the Armored Titan. He took part in the selection process along with other Eldian children. However, Porco eventually inherited the power of the Jaw Titan after it was stolen from his brother, Marcell.

6. A Brave Soldier

Porco was a courageous soldier, who would jump into barrages of enemy attacks to protect his compatriots, Gabi and Falco, in his Titan form. As a highly dedicated soldier, he would get on the battlefield and kill opponents for his people.

7. Pieck Finger’s Closest Friend

Porco also seemed to be Pieck Finger’s closest friend as they both grew up during the Marley Mid-East War, and fought alongside each other in several battles. Pieck would occasionally call him with the affectionate nickname “Pokko”, although he seemed to be annoyed with the nickname.

When Pieck was hurt and defeated in a battle, Porco looked devastated and was willing to give his life to save his compatriot.

8. Despised Eren Yeager

Porco had nothing but hatred and anger towards Eren. This was evident during the Raid on Liberio when Porco switches his target to attack Eren several times. After that, Porco realized how dangerous Eren really was (as Eren used Jaw Titan to obtain the War Hammer Titan).

9. His Name Means “Pig”

In Portuguese and Italian, the word “porco” means “pig.” It’s unclear if it’s just a mere coincidence as Porco has nothing that resembles a pig, either it’s his appearance or his powers. 

10. Ties with Gabi and Historia In Terms of Popularity

Despite Porco’s huge role in the storyline, he’s actually not that popular. In the fourth character popularity poll, Porco only ranks 19th, ties with Gabi Braun and Historia Reiss.
