Rasen Shuriken is a Jutsu that Naruto mastered after intense training. What makes it even more terrifying than Kamehameha is its larger attack range, in contrast to Kamehameha which focuses on a single point. Anyone who is hit by this Jutsu, his/her body will be torn into pieces, like Kakuzu for example. Rasen Shuriken could also beat Kamehameha.

7. Jinton

Jinton, or Dust Jutsu, is under the Kekkei Tota, or three elemental ninjutsus. Jinton combines the elements of fire, water, and earth, resulting in a Jutsu that is shaped like a transparent box with a white glowing sphere inside.

Whoever and whatever Jinton hit, his/her body will be shattered to the molecular level. This Jutsu could also eliminate techniques like Kamehameha.

8. Susanoo

Susano'o is the strongest Jutsu that can be possessed by Uchiha bloodlines who have successfully activated the Mangekyo Sharingan. Having a fiery-like form, Susano'o will cover the user's body and protect it from various attacks and help attack with deadly weapons. Susanoo could stop Kamehameha with just its palm of the hand.

9. Kamui

Kamui is a Jutsu that can bring the user or other object to move from the normal dimension to the Kamui pocket dimension. Kamui users can also summon objects that are in their dimension. It is also stated that no one can get out of Kamui's dimension except those who have the same ability or Rinnegan users. Even Kamehameha could be wiped out easily by Kamui.
