1. La Signora

La Signora is one of the NPCs with a unique character design. This character, whose real name is Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter, has such an intimidating look that’s also her own appeal.

Her red-black dress makes La Signora look so elegant and charming.

Because of her unique character design, La Signora instantly becomes one of the waifus in Genshin Impact although she’s not a playable character yet.

2. Raiden Shogun

Among the female characters currently available in the game, Raiden Shogun is at the top in terms of character design, at least according to fans. With her purple braided hair and purple kimono, this Archon Electro looks as charming as Inazuma.

From the Japanese influence in the region, Raiden Shogun's attire is adorned with several Mitsudomoe emblems. Tourists can see it on the badge on the front of her clothes, on the pauldron on her left shoulder, and of course, on the kimono itself. In Inazuma, this symbol represents the highest honor.

3. Yoimiya

While she may not be the best character in Genshin Impact, Yoimiya definitely has a charming design. Like the rest of Inazuma's character, she wears a kimono, but it only covers one of her shoulders.

Under the kimono, Yoimiya wears a sarashi that covers her body. This white cloth is also wrapped around her left arm and right thigh.

4. Sangonomiya Kokomi

Sangonomiya Kokomi is the Divine Priestess of Watatsumi. As the leader of the island, she certainly wears a magnificent outfit, which represents the authenticity of the region.

With the salmon pink-navy blue colors, her design is quite similar to “Watatsumi”. Her outfits are decorated with items that resemble coral and pearls. Hailing from Inazuma, Sangonomiya Kokomi wears a kimono-like outfit, paired with a low-cut suit underneath.

5. Shenhe

Shenhe instantly stole the hearts of Genshin Impact fans when she was first announced as a playable character. Her appearance and clothes managed to captivate players' hearts.

Shenhe has long silver-white hair, which fades to black at the tips. Her outfit is predominantly a black bodysuit, while the area between her neck and torso is covered by a cropped dress.

All over Shenhe's body, she also has red knots hitting several bright red strings, which are meant to suppress her homicidal tendencies.

6. Beidou

Beidou is a sailor and captain of the Crux fleet, this character is definitely waifu material. Unlike typical Electro characters, Beidou's outfit is predominantly red.

Beidou wears a sleeveless qipao dress, a red shawl covered in feathers, and fingerless gloves that reach to her elbows. Her hair is decorated with gold pins with blue tassels hanging from the ends. The same tassel is worn as the earring on Beidou's left side, next to her red eye patch.

7. Yelan

Yelan is a mysterious woman who claims to work for the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and she also claims to work for Yanshang Teahouse. However, she actually works as an intelligence agent working closely with Ningguang.

She has short black hair with blue tips. Her blue clothes also add to the mysterious and elegant impression.

Yelan is one of the only few short-haired characters in Genshin Impact.

8. Keqing

In contrast to Beidou, Electro character designs are usually predominantly purple. Keqing's hair is light purple in color, tied into two parts. On top of her head, Keqing sports two hair buns that look like cat ears (which are probably what make her look unique).

Keqing wears a lavender coat that covers her purple-and-white dress.

9. Ningguang

As the leader of Liyue, Ningguang looks as majestic as Liyue. Like Beidou, Ningguang also wears a sleeveless qipao dress. Her clothes are gold in color and marked with intricate embroidery. Ningguang has long hair that reaches to her knees, almost reaching the tip of her dress.

Ningguang wears nail guards on both her left and right hands. This item is from the Qing dynasty, where it was used to show the status of the wearer. These nail guards indicate that the user didn't have to use their hands (as their subordinates would do everything for them), and using them on both hands further emphasized the power of the wearer.

All these details perfectly describe Ningguang. After all, she's the wealthiest person in Teyvat.

10. Jean Gunnhildr

The daughter of Frederica Gunnhildr and Seamus Pegg, the older sister of Barbara, and the descendant of the prestigious Gunnhildr Clan, Jean is the Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius. She always deals with the unrest across Mondstadt and tirelessly works to defend the City of Freedom.

Jean's charming all-white outfit and blonde hair are definitely the main appeals for players — making her one of the best waifus in the game.
