The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) does not only provide stories of superheroes in action. But every MCU film also presents advanced technologies that add to its own charm. Like in the film Iron Man, where Tony Stark, who has high intelligence, also creates various advanced technologies that benefit everyone and himself.

1. Jet Suit - Falcon’s Costume

Ever imagine being able to fly like Iron Man or Falcon? Now you can make it happen thanks to the high-tech clothing named Gravity Suit. This is a suit complete with a jet, designed by a scientist from  England, and has gone on sale commercially in shopping malls in London for £340,000 or Rp6,4 billion.

Using a jet fuel tank or diesel fuel with a capacity of 15 liters, the jet costume is capable of flying at a speed of 50 kilometers per hour, and an altitude limit of 3,600 meters - although the suit designer, Richard Browning, only manage to hover a few meters above the ground when using it, for safety reasons.

2. Russian Exoskeleton - Iron Mark Mark 1

Do you still remember the first Iron Man movie? In the film, Tony Stark has created an armor made of steel which makes him resistant to gunfire. Now Russian scientists have also made an exoskeleton costume inspired by the Iron Man armor. The exoskeleton is intended for elite soldiers to provide special abilities, such as moving quickly, lifting heavy weights, and providing defense against firearm attacks.

Although various versions still appear, the development of the exoskeleton costume is still limited and of course, requires a lot of funds.

3. Robot Boston Dynamics - Ivan Vanko Drone Army

In Iron Man 2, Ivan Vanko teamed up with Hammer to create a drone army that could serve as a military defense to protect the country from unexpected attacks. But it turns out that the robot-shaped defense drone was manipulated by Ivan Vanko to finish off Tony Stark.

Now the drone reminds us of a robot made by Boston Dynamics which went viral some time ago. The human-shaped robot is claimed to be able to carry out various activities like humans. 4. Megabots - Hulkbuster

Do you still remember the giant robot battle between Megabots and Suidobashi in 2018? Yup, the two giant robots remind us of the Hulkbuster armor created by Tony Stark to deal with the Hulk. Even though Megabots is still like a robot that seems stiff, it is possible that this development could be the forerunner of Hulkbuster later.

5. Drone Taxi - SHIELD Helicarrier

The SHIELD Helicarrier is an aircraft carrier owned by SHIELD which is powered by motor and propeller fans. The giant vehicle actually exists in the real world, in a smaller version, called the Drone Taxi. These vehicles have the same function and purpose, namely to carry passengers and take them to fly in the sky..

6. Siri or Google Assistant - Jarvis

JJarvis is a smart assistant created by Tony Stark to help him in every activity. In the real world, Jarvis has also been created in a version of Siri or Google Assistant. This smart assistant was created with the aim of making it easier for users to organize and help find the information needed by using voice commands.

7. HoloLens 2 - Tony Stark’s Glasses

Remember the glasses Tony Stark gave Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Far From Home? Tony Stark's glasses also have extraordinary technologies. Besides being embedded with a smart assistant called EDITH, the glasses can also project all the information on the lens.

8. Hologram - Tony Stark’s Hologram

Holograms are a technology that is still being developed today. In the Iron Man 2 film, Tony Stark also shows the holographic technology that is already very perfect. Even Tony can interact directly with the hologram to reveal various information.

9. Drone - Sky Viper Spider Drone

Sky Viper Spider Drone is a drone specially created by Tony Stark for Peter Parker's costume. The spider-shaped drone is so sophisticated that it can help Peter uncover his target’s information. Drone technology itself actually exists the real world and is used for various purposes.

10. Armored Car - Nick Fury's Car

In Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Nick Fury's car is suddenly surrounded by special forces equipped with firearms. Interestingly, the car driven by Nick Fury turns out to be equipped with various advanced features that provide safety for its passengers. Starting from anti-firearms, self-driving features, and a weapon system.

Nick Fury's car itself actually also exists in the real world, where armored cars like that are usually used by important people in order to provide the best safety.
