In Blue Lock, all players are determined to take down the others to be the best, securing their future in the Japan national football team. These players have their own unique abilities and "weapons", which they use to defeat the other teams, and even their other teammates to become the best striker in the world. Blue Lock – the project directed by Ego Jinpachi – emphasizes on the egotistical side of a striker to become the best.

Given their footballing future is on the line, every player in this project tends to get aggressive in matches to outperform the others. Every Striker in this project proves that they possess immense talent. Here are the most aggressive Blue Lock characters who are always ready to beat anyone who gets in their way. Without further ado, let’s get into it.

Blue Lock Characters: Most Aggressive Players 

1. Itoshi Rin

Always looks serious, this player only shows his cold side, and is an intimidating presence on the pitch. Aside from his tremendous motivation of defeating his brother Itoshi Sae – the brightest young talent in the national team – he possesses some qualities that help him in football, such as great shooting skills, spatial awareness, impeccable off-the-ball movements. He’s an incredibly reliable playmaker. He’s so aggressive, that he doesn’t only analyze the game on the pitch, but also reads the opponents’ movements. Although he’s so aggressive, Rin used to be a great player and captain for his team. 

2. Ryusei Shidou

This character isn’t just aggressive because of his “weapons”. According to Ego Jinpachi, he’s the ideal Striker. Shidou is highly temperamental and always believes that violence is the answer in almost any situation. 

He possesses aggressive playstyle & shots that make him shine. Shidou can score goals from near-impossible spots. He can come up with numerous and unexpected ways to trick and score goals. He’s aggressive, quick, and has the physical attributes to dominate Blue Lock.

3. Yoichi Isagi

The protagonist of Blue Lock is the heart and soul of Team Z. He always tries everything to be the best and overcome any challenges that get in his way. Isagi sometimes becomes an aggressive player who shows great determination, which gives his team a  boost to win games. Having the ability to “smell goals”, Isagi’s attacking instincts are ingrained within him, and that helps him to read the situation of the game. Isagi can grow into a top Striker in Blue Lock due to his aggressiveness. 

4. Shouei Barou

Although Barou has only shown a bit of what he can do in Blue Lock, he proves to be an ultra aggressive and ruthless player in every match he has played so far. He’s the main Striker at Team X. Barou is a huge player, has the physicality and the footwork that make him an unstoppable force. He’s even referred to a “King” on the pitch due to his selfishness and sheer strength. Barou can easily dominate the game and score goals from crazy distances.   

5. Meguru Bachira

One of the most eccentric Strikers in Blue Lock, Bachira sometimes shows his aggressiveness and ambition that have been rooted in him since the beginning of the series. During the unusual game of tag, Bachira didn’t hesitate to kick the ball to Igarashi. With his impeccable ball control and dribbling abilities, Bachira proves that there’s a “monster” inside of him that controls him in games. He even scored a solo run against Team V.

6. Hyoma Chigiri

Although Chigiri initially refused to show his true prowers. But after the game against Team W,  he’s been reawakened. Chigiri can be the most aggressive player when it comes to sprinting. His incredible aggressiveness really helps him matches. His darting runs allow him to beat his defenders. Thanks to Isagi, Chigiri regained his love and passion for younger fans.

7. Jingo Raichi

Raichi always looks to be on edge and often takes his anger out on his teammates. Although often stuck in a defensive role, Raichi is probably the most egotistical and violent players in Team Z. Even his character design has shark teeth, symbolizing how aggressive Raichi gets on the court. Just like a shark in the water that smells blood, he will stop at nothing to chase, harass, and beat his opponents on the court.

8. Reo Mikage

Reo was brought into a wealthy family. He always has luxury, and all the privileges in life, allowing him to get anything he wants. Being the rich kid who’s always pampered at home, Reo was used to things going his way, thus, he can’t deal with being defeated by others. He always wants to win, even gets frustrated when someone teases him. This happened during the game against Team Z, in which Reo attacked Raichi with his elbow as he’s mad after Jingo Raichi teased him. Luckily, Reo only got a yellow card.

9. Wanima Twins

The brothers from Team W, Junichi Wanima and Keisuke Wanima, have the abilities and aggressiveness that make them worthy opponents in Blue Lock. Either attacking from a distance or playing in the midfield, the brothers have the talent to communicate without words, only from facial expressions, and that helps them in building attacks. Both of them have the experience of playing with Hyoma Chigiri back in school. And when they knew Chigiri was hampered with injury, they constantly mocked and belittled him. This shows how far they’d go to get a win.

10. Gin Gagamaru

Gin Gagamaru initially came across as the quiet guy in Team Z. However, he grew into an important player throughout the group stage with his acrobatic flexibility and agility. These strengths help him becoming one of the most versatile players in Blue Lock. He plays with passion and determination. He’s someone who’s always willing to throw himself onto the battlefield regardless of the consequences, proving himself as one of the most aggressive players. 

11. Wataru Kuon

Wataru Kuon is a Striker who believes that victory has to be won by all means. With his impressive vertical jump and his dominance in aerial duels, Kuon can score goals with headers. However, his ego and guile make him a dirty player who would sacrifice his teammates, as he did in the second round of Blue Lock. He didn’t hesitate to betray his teammates to secure a place in the next round. He even received a red card against Team V. All of that proves that he’s an aggressive player who always tries to get victories at all costs.

12. Gurimu Igarashi

This character was labeled as the worst player in Blue Lock and given the last position in the beginning of the story. Igarashi isn't the most physical player on his team. However, despite these flaws, Igarashi was able to balance it with his unyielding spirit and determination to solidify his place in Team Z. He may take on a more defensive role on the team, but he is able to demonstrate a style of play and defensive approach that is also the heart of the team. His playstyle is persistent and that's annoying to his opponents. Because of this strength, Igarashi has become quite a valuable asset for the team as one of the most aggressive players in the series.
