The competition within the scene brings drama, including for some gaming YouTubers in Indonesia. While there are not so many, some of them were the talk of the internet.

5. Daylen-Warpath

This was probably the biggest drama last year where the head of the Mobile Legends Saints Indo squad, Daylen, got into an altercation with his former teammate, Warpath. Both argued and quipped at each other on social media, which ultimately led to a physical fight. The scuffle peaked at the EVOS Esports meet and greet session.

While no one was seriously injured, the fight drew criticisms from the netizens. In fact, Daylen intended to report Warpath to the Police and take matters legally. Fortunately, both decided to make peace.

4. Daylen-Tierison

Aside from his altercation with Warpath, Daylen also had trouble with Tierison. It started with a hate speech in one of Tierison’s video. Due to this, Tierison immediately deleted the video and clarified the issue. In the clarification video, Tierison admitted that he was trying to get noticed by Daylen and start a collaboration. He later admitted his mistake.

Luckily, he didn’t end up in jail because of this. To this day, Tierison remains active as a YouTuber. And his content on YouTube is quite entertaining.

3. Ericko Lim-Reza Arap

Another drama in the Indonesian gaming YouTuber scene comes from Ericko Lim and Reza Arap. The drama began with Ericko teasing Arap in a music video. Even in the title, Ericko hinted that the song was made for someone with the initials Mr. RO (Mr. Reza Oktovian).

Some of the lyrics insinuate Reza Arap. Such as making songs and joining a DJ group (Weird Genius), to a response toward Arap’s statement of not wanting to be involved in Indonesia YouTube Rewind 2018.

2. Ericko Lim, Jessica Jane, and Listy Chan

Next up, is a drama that also involving Ericko Lim. Shortly after his release from the correctional facility, Ericko Lim got himself involved in a drama. It began after Ericko Lim was caught dumping Jessica Jane and got together with Listy Chan. This drama impacted Listy Chan’s career, who was part of EVOS Esports at the time.

Ericko Lim apologized to all the parties involved for the mistake he made -- mainly to Jessica Jane and Listy Chan.

1. Reza Arap-Windah Basudara

Last but not least, is the drama involving Reza Arap and Windah Basudara. Arap, who had no clue of Windah’s existence, got his live stream chat spammed by Windah’s viewers. However, both have cleared up the situation after talking in a Discord room.
