Using these jutsus, all ninjas in Naruto’s world can transform themselves into a thing or people in order to cover their identity from their enemies - or just pranking their friends for fun. How cool is that! Take a look at the transformation jutsus below.

5. Henge no Jutsu

This technique usually used by ninjas to transform themselves into other people, but it can also be used to transform into animals, trees, even inanimate objects like weapons. High-level ninjas can appear so identical to their target, but low-level ninjas will appear as an imperfect copy.

This jutsu is one of the basic level jutsus. Still, this one needs some skills when using it because it requires constant chakra, and this transformation jutsu can be disclosed if the user is not careful enough to copy their target’s behaviors to specific details.

4. Kao Utsushi no Jutsu

It’s a secret technique of Kedoin Clan, which means “Face Copying Technique” and appears on Naruto Episode 175. By using a special mask, users can copy other people’s appearances perfectly, and even a ninken can distinguish the difference between the real and the fake.

But there are some deficiencies in this jutsu. First, they need to get close to the target for a long time to copy their appearance. Second, can’t use other jutsus when Kao Utsushi no Jutsu activated.

3. Kugutsu no Jutsu

The puppet master jutsu is one of the perfect and effective transformation jutsus. Moreover, if the puppet used has close to the human in appearance.

Kankurou showed his skill on using puppets as a disguise during Chuunin Exam on Konohagakure; the first, by transforming one of his puppets as a prefect to cheat during the exam on the first round; and second, when substituting his position when facing Misumi Tsurugi’s meshes on the third round.

2. Shikabane Bunshin no Jutsu

Meaning Corpse Clone Technique. This is a kinjutsu technique by Shojoji, the leader of Mujina Bandits in Boruto Chapter 14. By eating the victim’s living brain, Shojoji can take memories, abilities, jutsus, shapes, and other identities correctly.

Because Shojoji automatically can copy nature and behavior of the victim flawlessly, then Shojoji doesn’t need to fear getting caught if he already ate the victim's brain.

1. Shoshagan no Jutsu

By touching people’s faces, Orochimaru can steal other people’s physical traits and even their voice while the victim turns into a faceless corpse. Orochimaru can tear the fake face anytime he wants, but it can be broken when getting hit by a strong force.
