The corona pandemic made all gamers stay inside of their house and increases the amount of time to play games even staying up late. Doing this is unhealthy, guys.

1. Unhealthy Eating Time
If you often stay up late to play games, then the first risk is that you will have an unhealthy eating pattern. Why? Because when you stay up late, you will miss your breakfast and wake up in noon.
An unhealthy eating pattern will lead to more problems such as impaired digestion, hormone changes (will lead to weight gain), stomach cramp because of an empty stomach, and the increase of sugar level on blood.
It’s recommended to not stay up late to play games for a healthy lifestyle.
2. Sleepiness
Besides an unhealthy eating pattern, the other effect is sleepiness. This is what happens when you don’t have enough rest. When you are sleepy, it will affect your activities because you will feel sleepy during the day.
Not to mention if you have work or class in the morning. Make sure to keep tabs on your sleeping schedule, sleep for seven to eight hours a day, okay!
3. Dizziness and Lack of Focus
The other effect of staying up late playing games is the lack of focus and dizziness. Because you don’t have enough rest, you will wake up with a headache and it will cause you to lose focus. It is harder to complete your daily tasks when you have a headache and may make you become someone forgetful!
If you have a headache and can’t focus, then how can you complete your daily tasks? So avoid staying up late playing games if possible.

4. Stress and Depression
The fourth effect of staying up late playing games is stress and depression. Lack of sleep will make your mind restless, anxious, and unstable emotion.
According to research by the University of Pennsylvania in 2007, an individual that sleeps less than five hours in seven days straight is prone to stress, sadness, anger, fatigue when thinking -- including depression.
5. Easy to Get Angry
This is the side effect than gamers will feel the most. Because of the unstable emotion, then gamers will often say curse words when playing games.
This is because of the hormones that are supposed to work during you are sleeping can’t work well. Your anger is also an indication of depression when you sleep less than six hours a day.
