5. Whirligig Saw

Whirligig Saw is a weapon that has a simple impression but is brutal and terrifying. Half a bat, half a butcher saw, the Whirligig Saw is one of Bloodborne's best trick weapons based on your character's strength level.

If you maximize your strength points, then this weapon is suitable for you. Whirligig Saw has a strength S scale after being upgraded to the maximum. When it turns into the second form, you can hold L2 continuously (in proportion to your stamina) to attack the enemy. The damage done is enormous—and far greater against beast-type weak foes to serrated weapons like Whirligig Saw.

The Holy Moonlight Sword is one of the best weapons if you develop a character that focuses on a mix of Arcane and Strength/Dexterity. This weapon can be obtained after accessing The Old Hunters DLC and is located in the Underground Corpse Pile after fighting Ludwig, the Holy Blade. Approach Ludwig's head near the stairs, you can have a dialogue or directly kill him—whichever it is—to get the Holy Moonlight Sword.

2. Hunter Axe

Hunter Ax is one of the starting weapons in Bloodborne. But make no mistake, this weapon is the number 2 best trick weapon in Bloodborne! This weapon is very flexible, easy to get, and has a wide attack range. This weapon can be used to fight one on one and almost all boss fights.

The second form of Hunter Ax is very easy to use. The second form can be used for crowd control, has a wide, far and safe attack range—of course we mentioned the L2 charged attack of this weapon. This weapon's charged attack will make you spin 360 degrees twice! Truly an almost perfect weapon and suitable to use in almost all scenarios.

This weapon feels like a direct upgrade from the Hunter Axe—although it still loses out in terms of attack range and crowd control. Ludwig's Holy Blade has a faster attack and can kill enemies very easily. The moveset they have is also very easy to hit the enemy, creating combos that are difficult to avoid.

Because of all these advantages, you could say this trick weapon can carry you while playing Bloodborne. You can buy this weapon from the messenger for 20,000 Blood Echoes after getting the Sword Hunter Badge in a chest at the Healing Church Workshop.
