The "Will of Fire" is a belief in Konoha, where this concept is also passed down by Asura Otsutsuki who explained that true peace can be obtained by loving one another. By making other people, especially Konoha residents, as his own family and will protect them wholeheartedly, including the Uchiha clan who is also a resident of Konoha.

All the Hokage who have served have the Will of Fire, even Danzo too, although his way is a bit extreme. 1. Obito Uchiha

This one individual is still a bit complicated, but it is evident that Obito is indeed an Uchiha with a Will of Fire, especially before the Uchiha curse of hatred consumed him. Initially, Obito was very in love with Konoha, he even wanted to be the first Hokage from the Uchiha clan.

He was also ready to die for his village. Unfortunately, due to Madara’s influence, Obito changed so that his Will of Fire slowly began to fade away, but this Will of Fire sparked again when he was snapped out of it during the Fourth Ninja World War. 

2. Kagami Uchiha

Kagami Uchiha was one of the few Uchiha members that Tobirama trusted the most. Not only that, but Kagami also became a direct subordinate of Tobirama. It's not a random thing despite Tobirama hates the Uchiha.

The difference between Kagami and the rest of his family was that he does not even feel that he has changed due to the Uchiha’s “hatred curse". Kagami was also described as a character who is very loyal to Konoha and will protect it with all his heart.

3. Itachi Uchiha

Who does not know this Uchiha? The fiery determination within him was unquestionable. For Konoha's sake alone, he dared to slaughter his clan, even his parents!

He did that so that the Konoha-Uchiha civil war would not occur. When he died, Itachi was still an Uchiha with Konoha's Will of Fire, as he said that he was proud of himself for being born in Konoha, and protecting the village of his birth.

4. Shisui Uchiha

It is said that Shisui is still a descendant of Kagami, although his exact family tree is unknown. Because he is still considered a descendant, it is not surprising that Shisui also became an Uchiha with a strong Konoha’s Fire Will.

His love for the whole clan, as great as his love for his village, made him ready to die for the peace of the two, even he would sacrifice his life for this reason.

5. Sasuke Uchiha

Similar to Obito, which is complicated. The two are also very similar in terms of interpreting the Will of Fire. Initially, they had the Will of Fire, although Sasuke’s wasn't as big as Obito’s. Due to an incident, they lost both of the Will but sparked again when they snapped out of it. Sasuke even devoted himself to Konoha to atone for his past sins.

6. Sarada Uchiha

Just like her uncle, Sarada is an intelligent child who already has Konoha's Will of Fire in her heart since birth. She loves her birthplace village, just like Obito, she has aspirations to become Hokage someday.

Sarada is the only Uchiha descendant in Boruto's era that Konoha can hope for (except for Shin's clones). Sarada also loves her village.
