Tokyo Revengers, the story about the time-traveling motorcycle gang member, is getting even better in the Valhalla Arc or Bloody Halloween because the rivalry between Tokyo Manji and Valhalla is getting more intense with every episode and now it involves a founder of Touman named Keisuke Baji.

1. Tokyo Manji’s Co-Founder and Member of the Attack Unit

Tokyo Manji or touman was founded in 2003 by Manjiro Sano (Mikey),Ryuguji Ken (Draken), Hayashida Haruki (Pah-chin), Takashi Mitsuya, Hanemiya Kazutora, and Keisuke Baji. There's a picture of the six on the road of Shibuya.

This man has a prominent role in the founding of the gang and led the gang’s attack unit due to his fighting prowess to help the gang start a new era of motorcycle gangs.

2. Tokyo manji’s First Division Captain

As Tokyo Manji grows into a large and well-known group with hundreds of members, this gang is divided into several divisions led by the leader. Keisuke Baji is the captain of the first division with his vice-captain named Chifuyu Matsuno, who is very loyal and respects Baji. Chifuyu was so loyal to Baji, even the blond-haired youth was willing to be beaten by Baji several times in order to help him with his mission, protecting Tokyo Manji from the outside.

This long haired man is known for his wild nature and temperament. Mikey, explained to Takemichi Hanagaki, who was badly beaten by Baji at the Tokyo Manji ceremony, that Baji loved doing such thing for no apparent reason 

Tokyo Manji’s first division captain loves fighting and it also helps him strengthen himself, starting when he saw Mikey who invited him to fight against a motorcycle gang from Yokohama who ganged up on him during Tokyo Manji's vacation to the beach in 2003.

4. Can Take On Many People in a Brawl

If asked who are the strongest members of Tokyo Manji, then Keisuke Baji is definitely one of them. He often takes on multiple people in a brawl. August 3, 2005, during a brawl between the Tokyo Manji gang and Moebius, it was shown that Baji could hit several people at once and won the brawl which pretty much ended Moebius.

The brawl on October 31, 2005 also showed Baji's strength when he fought 50 of Kisaki Tetta's underlings in the Bloody Halloween brawl even though he was fighting on top of piled cars. He even does so after getting stabbed by Hanemiya Kazutora.

5. Willing to Sacrifice Himself for Tokyo Manji 

Baji willingly sacrificed himself for Tokyo Manji and his closest friends. Mikey's favorite Moped Hawk Maru, was protected by Baji from the gang who was upset with Mikey and he ended up getting beaten.

Baji is also willing to be labeled “traitor” to ensure that Tokyo Manji doesn’t turn into an evil organization. Baji wanted to save Tokyo Manji in his own way, even if it damaged his reputation and life.

6. A Smart Character 

Keisuke Baji tricked a lot of people with his acting skills to carry out a hidden mission against dangerous people like Kisaki Tetta who just joined Touman.

He easily fooled Hanma Shuuji, the vice-captain of Valhalla, after passing a series of entrance exams to join the gang, and making Baji a spy for Tokyo Manji.
