4. Cooler (Dragon Ball Z: Cooler’s Revenge)

Cooler is Frieza's younger brother and is the first antagonist to appear in more than one movie. Even though he has a very different nature from Frieza, Cooler has an aura that can intimidate his opponent.

Cooler can change his form up to 5 times. His final form is so strong, even Goku and Vegeta are unable to defeat him. Before the Golden Frieza is shown, Cooler is still stronger than Frieza.

5. Bojack (Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound)

In terms of basic strength, Bojack is equal to Perfect Cell. In this movie, Goku is already dead and yet to be revived, so it's up to Gohan to protect the Earth from alien threats such as Bojack.

6. Janemba (Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn)

Janemba might be the strongest antagonist in the DBZ movie because he forced Goku and Vegeta to join forces. The strength of the shape-shifting Janemba might be equal to Buu after absorbing Gotenks.

Goku and Vegeta, assisted by Paikuhan, still couldn't beat Janemba. But, after they merged into Gogeta, Janemba was easily eliminated using Stardust Breaker.

7. Broly (Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan)

Just like Cooler, Broly also appears in two movies. In the first movie, Goku and Vegeta had to deal with this legendary Super Saiyan. In terms of basic strength, Broly is far exceeding Goku. We could say that he's the strongest Saiyan ever existed. Broly could only be defeated after Goku asked everyone for their energy.

In the next movie, Broly rose again and fought Goku's children, Gohan and Goten. Here, Goku's still dead and yet to be revived. Goku was forced to go against the laws of another world to help Gohan and Goten on defeating Broly. Broly was defeated by Family Kamehameha, a Kamehameha technique that Goku, Gohan, and Goten launched at the same time.
