6. Kou Yaten (Sailor Moon)

Kou Yaten is one of the Three Lights who has a secret identity as the Sailor Star Healer. The character whose birthday is on August 17, is also one of the original characters created by Naoko Takeuchi.

7.  Angela Charon Brooks (Someday’s Dreamer)

The 24-episodes anime also has a character who was born on August 17, Angela Charon Brooks.
