3. Popular Among Horikoshi's Staff
The author of My Hero Academia, Horikoshi, once explained that Itsuka Kendo is quite popular among his staff. Even though Kendo did not get too much attention during the story, she unexpectedly became popular.
This is because of Kendo's kind nature. In stark contrast to her classmate, Monoma the sly, Kendo is always kind. Even though she is a woman, she is also a good leader and can always be relied on.
