Impel Down is the most dangerous prison in One Piece that has been inhabited by several strong characters. There are users of Zoan fruit, Paramecia, to Logia. This time, Dunia Games wants to discuss Paramecia fruit users who have languished in Impel Down!

1. Morley

Morley is a giant okama or tranny who leads the Revolutionary Army in the West. Morley ate the Oshi Oshi no Mi which allows him to push various objects. With this ability, Morley can also hide on the ground and attack opponents by pushing the ground towards them.

One hundred years before the story begins, Morley is a pirate prisoner held in Impel Down. Somehow, he was able to escape from Impel Down which previously made the 5.5th floor which was then occupied by Ivankov and the other okama. As a giant, Morley has a much stronger physique than humans and a longer lifespan.

2. Emporio Ivankov

Ivankov is the queen of the Kamabakka Kingdom who is also one of the commanders of the Revolutionary Army. He ate the Horu Horu no Mi, giving it the ability to give different types of hormones to other people or to himself. Ivankov could have run away if he wanted to, but he preferred to stay on the 5.5th floor of Impel Down until the time was right to escape.

After learning that Luffy is Dragon's son, Ivankov decides to help him free Ace at Marineford. That's when they escaped together and freed several other prisoners to work with.

3. Sanjuan Wolf

Sanjuan is the captain of the Blackbeard Seventh Division. He is a giant who was born in a giant village in West Blue. Its body size is much larger than an ordinary giant. With the yet-to-be-named Paramecia devil fruit power, his height can even reach 180 meters, making him the tallest human known.

Sanjuan was locked up in a giant cell on the 6th floor of Impel Down before being released by Teach. With him, the Blackbeard Pirates' combat power became much greater. It can also be said that he is one of the strongest members of the Blackbeard Pirates.

4. Donquixote Doflamingo

Doflamingo is one of the Shichibukai with the very dangerous Ito Ito no Mi ability. After his defeat against Luffy, he was thrown into Impel Down 6th floor and was watched directly by Magellan. Despite languishing in the most dangerous prison in the world, Doflamingo still laughed as if he had other evil plans.

5. Shiki

Shiki is the captain of the Golden Lion Pirates who were active in Roger's era. It could be said that he was one of the strongest pirates at that time, on par with Sengoku, Garp, Roger, and Whitebeard. Shiki is known as the first pirate who managed to escape from Impel Down. He fled after cutting off both his legs.

He eats the Fuwa Fuwa no Mi, a Paramecia devil fruit that can make anything he touches float. This ability similar to gravity manipulation makes him a very strong fighter. Luffy was almost killed by him in the movie One Piece Strong World.

6. Mr. 1

Mr. 1 was thrown into Impel Down along with Crocodile after losing to Luffy and his friends at Arabasta. He is a user of the Supa Supa no Mi ability which can make any part of his body into a sharp sword. Mr. 1 finally decided to help Luffy and Crocodile together from Impel Down.

7. Douglass Bullet

At the beginning of the One Piece Stampede story, Bullet is seen being held in Impel Down. So dangerous, Teach didn't even want to recruit him when he was looking for prisoners on the 6th floor to recruit. Bullet is a user of the Gasha Gasha no Mi ability and also the main antagonist of One Piece Stampede.

8. Buggy

Buggy is Luffy's opponent at the beginning of the story who is then thrown into Impel Down after being caught by the Navy. The eater of the Bara Bara no Mi fruit is able to separate parts of his body that can be used to escape or fight.

Currently in the manga, Buggy is already a Yonkou. He is also Roger's former crewmate and a good friend of Shanks.
