Every villain, regardless of the genre or media, has their weakness or weaknesses, the only thing that the protagonist must find out and use to defeat them. Usually, the antagonist’s weakness is necessary for the storyline. In anime, every antagonist or villain has its weaknesses. Aaroniero Arruruerie is an unstoppable force in Bleach. He even became one of the strongest Espada warriors. However, he's very weak to sunlight, including artificial sunlight. As seen during the battle against Rukia, where she opens the ceiling of the building to change the course of the battle. It didn't kill him, but it certainly weakened Aaroniero's powers.
3. Lord Slug Cannot Stand Whistle Sounds
The Dragon Ball series is teeming with bizarre villains with their different quirks. Lord Slug proved to be one of the strangest villains in Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug, where he lets the evil part of his heart take over and transform him into the rare and powerful Super Namekian. Despite becoming the unstoppable Super Namekian, he has a unique weakness, which is whistling. He even banned whistling.
4. Naruto’s Reverse Harem Jutsu Catches Kaguya Otsutsuki Off Guard
Naruto and co weren't supposed to be able to defeat the mighty Kaguya Otsutsuki. But the protagonists kept fighting her regardless of their chances of winning the fight being almost none. Interestingly, Kaguya Otsutsuki was caught off guard by one of the most iconic and eye-catching jutsus from Naruto, the Reverse Harem jutsu, by which Narito spawned shadow clones and transformed them into good-looking men in front of Kaguya Otsutsuki to distract her, which allowed them to turn the tide of the battle.

5. Kurogiri Hides His Weak Point
In My Hero Academia, Kurogiri hides his physical form and changes his shape to his liking. However, his neck brace draws a lot of attention to his weak point. If only the neck brace wasn't that noticeable, he would probably have been unstoppable.
6. Perona is Afraid of Cockroaches
If you follow One Piece, you must be familiar with the bizarre settings and characters in the series. One of the most bizarre characters is Perona. Her extreme hatred for cockroaches is very strange given that she's a ghost. This proved to be a big problem in combat, where a ball of fake cockroaches was enough to get her caught in her trap. It was an easy solution to defeat her and stop all the problems she caused.
7. Hisoka Can Be Dangerously Erratic
Hisoka, a fan-favorite character in Hunter x Hunter, is an unpredictable hunter who has never been destroyed. He can easily get caught up in the present and his current feelings. He manages to survive and take care of himself because of his extreme abilities and unique Nen. Yet he still acts based on his emotions, which can cause serious problems. Even if he gets too excited about something, it can easily get him influenced and change sides.
