Aeronshikii was one of the best players in MPL ID S14. As Team Liquid ID's Gold Laner, he delivered exceptional performances, arguably outshining every other Gold Laner in Indonesia, including Skylar.

Not only did he dominate MPL, but Aeronshikii also helped TLID reach the M5 Grand Final with an outstanding run.

However, his recent form has been disappointing. TLID lost all three of their opening matches against EVOS, RRQ, and NaVi, with Aeronshikii on the roster.

Ironically, TLID secured their first win against Dewa United Esports—but Aeronshikii was benched for that match.

Instead, TLID gave Kyou his MPL debut, and they won convincingly 2-0.

When Kyou was added to TLID’s MPL ID S15 roster, many were surprised. After all, TLID is the defending champion, with an already stacked lineup.

For a rookie like Kyou to make it onto the roster, he must have performed exceptionally well in trials and scrims—good enough to earn a starting spot.

Former Aura Fire legend Godiva, who once played with Aeronshikii in MDL Aura, shared his thoughts during a live stream.

According to Godiva, Aeronshikii might stay benched longer due to TLID’s management style, particularly Reza Pahlevi’s decision-making.

"The earrings don't matter. But if Aeronshikii is benched, yeah, I think so. Because I know how Reza Pahlevi thinks. Once you're down, it's hard to bounce back. Especially when your replacement, Kyou, is really good," said Godiva.

"Kyou even had 0 deaths in his debut, proving his quality. That puts a lot of pressure on Aeron. Even if he performs better in scrims, TLID will still prioritize Kyou until he struggles. If Kyou keeps playing well, Aeron won’t see the stage again," he concluded.
