Justice for Akainu is eradicating the pirate to create peace. Not all pirate are evil men that bother the citizens. Take Shirohige for example, he shares his wealth with the resident of the island where he was born.

Fujitora is the man that values true justice. He blinds his eyes on purpose so he won’t see something he is not supposed too. After fighting against Luffy, Fujitora let him go since he recognizes that Luffy is different from the rest.

He also wonders what Luffy’s face, appearance, and hair color look like. Maybe Fujitora acknowledges the fact that Luffy is not an evil pirate. With his wisdom and justice Fujitora is more fitting to be a Fleet Admiral and not Akainu.

High Honor

Akainu seems like a person that respects a common citizen. He is willing to sacrifice everything to reach his goal. Unlike Fujitora that held the citizens with high regard. This is prooven during the conflict in Dressrosa, which ends with the fall of Doflamingo.

Feeling guilty after causing chaos in Dressrosa, Fujitora apologizes to the citizens. He even kneels in front of King Riku and apologizes for the trouble he causes. All of his subordinates also kneel and apologize alongside him.

Not just that, the apology was broadcasted through the Marines’ Den Den Mushi, so everyone watches it. With that amount of honor, it feels like Fujitore is more suitable to become a Fleet Admiral compared to Akainu.

Never Cover Up the Mistake of the World Government

After witnessing the cries of Dressrosa resident and the chaos caused by Doflamingo, Fujitora is furious, since he knows that the World Government never interfere. They just pretend that nothing happens. When he apologizes to King Riku, he hopes that the World Government doesn’t make an excuse for the disaster the Dressrosa suffer.

He wants the World Government to take responsibility for what happens in Dressrosa and jails Doflamingo. Fujitora doesn’t side with Doflamingo or the Straw Hat Pirate since he was to uphold real justice. This is what Akainu lacks as the Marines’ Fleet Admiral.
