After the Wano arc, the World Government has appointed  the new Yonkou after Kaido and Big Mom’s defeat. They are Luffy, Blackbeard, Shanks, and Buggy who somehow became Yonkou. Even though Luffy is the only one who became Yonkou, Law and Kid also have the same bounty as him, which is 3 billion Belly. Despite this, Luffy cannot defeat Nami who was weaker!

In One Piece episode 1086, Luffy was locked up by Nami because he drove Sunny Go to a giant waterfall and put his friends’ lives in danger. Luffy, who was black and blue, looked sorry and apologized to Nami and asked her to let him go.

The question is how could Luffy, the rubber man, be battered by ordinary people? Previously, Nami was often seen beating Luffy with her bare hands. Supposedly only Haki users can do this kind of thing. Plus, Luffy's fighting abilities are now much stronger.
