Alice Jungler is not something common in the current Mobile Legends scene. The Alice pick is rarely used in high tiers, let alone in competitive play.

Alice remains a very strong hero in the late game due to her high durability. However, the current META revolves around junglers with fast rotations and, if possible, early-game power.

This is something that Alice struggles with. Yet, there’s always a way to maximize a hero’s potential, as demonstrated by Twisted Minds' jungler, MP The King.

As we know, TM is coached by BON CHAN, the pioneer of the UBE (Ultimate Bonding Experience) META, which typically involves healers. This means that any team coached by BON CHAN will always have that option.

The search for the best jungle-healer combo has emerged, and MP The King has taken the lead. In just one week, MP The King has played Alice Jungler in four games.

Alice Jungler Turns Out to Be Effective

In the third week of MPL PH Season 15, Twisted Minds played twice against Smart Omega and AP BREN. Out of the five games played across these two matches, MP The King played Alice Jungle four times.

However, there’s an interesting fact behind this. Alice Jungler only becomes highly effective when paired with a healer, whether as a Roamer or Mid Laner.

Out of the four Alice Jungler games played by MP, two were won with Floryn and Angela. One game with Angela could have been won, but they were comeback by OMEGA.

Meanwhile, another loss occurred when Alice Jungler didn’t have a healer combo, as Selena and Hilda were played as the Roamer and Mid Laner duo.

Alice Jungler only becomes viable in team fights after the 12-minute mark, at the very least. She truly shines after the 15-minute mark, as her stacks increase and her superiority grows.

MP’s version of Alice Jungler is a durability-focused Alice that relies on damage from her stacks, rather than building damage items.

The emblem used is Magic with the Combo Talent, Thrill, Seasoned Hunter, and Impure Rage. He avoids using the Basic Common Emblem to conserve mana.

As for the item build, it includes Tough Boots, Clock of Destiny, Dominance Ice, Oracle, Winter Crown, and Ice Queen Wand.

Could this mark the return of the Alice Jungler META, and will other teams start trying it out? Let’s wait and see.
