The most prestigious PUBG MOBILE official tournament event in Southeast Asia this season, the 2023 PUBG MOBILE Super League Southeast Asia (PMSL SEA) Spring, has officially finished after taking place for 1 month from 22 March to 16 April 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. At its peak, Alter Ego Ares comes out as the best team of the 20 teams that competed in the 2023 PMSL SEA Spring.

Alter Ego Ares brought home the trophy for Indonesia, a cash prize of more than 747 million rupiahs, as well as being the first team to register their name as PMSL SEA champion.

Even though they didn't show a flashy game during the League round, Alter Ego Ares managed to adapt and dominate at the top of the Finals standings on the first and second days. A number of teams had tried to move Alter Ego Ares from their position, but in the end, the squad which consisted of Potato, Fanatic, Rosemary, Okta, and Badru managed to maintain their first position until the last match.

The 2023 PMSL SEA Spring Finals ended with Alter Ego Ares earning 161 points, just 3 points different from the team from Vietnam, Shine Like Diamond, who took second place with 158 points.

Meanwhile, the Malaysian team, Yoodoo Alliance, also got 158 points, but had to give up their second place to Shine Like Diamond because they lost in placement points.

Apart from the champion and runner-up titles, Alter Ego Ares and Shine Like Diamond will continue their journey to a more prestigious stage, the 2023 PUBG MOBILE World Invitational (PMWI) Riyadh, a world-class PUBG MOBILE tournament that will compete for a total prize pool of IDR 44.8 billion.

The achievements of Alter Ego Ares are said to be inseparable from Rosemary's slick performance. Evidently, the newest player from the Alter Ego Ares team won the Most Valuable Player (MVP) and Gunslinger titles at the 2023 PMSL SEA Spring.

This result confirmed Rosemary as a young Indonesian player who has 5 individual titles: 2022 PMPL ID Fall MVP, 2022 PMPL ID Fall Gunslinger, 2023 PMPL ID Spring MVP, 2023 PMSL SEA Spring MVP, and 2023 PMSL SEA Spring Gunslinger.

To celebrate Indonesia's victory in the 2023 PMSL SEA Spring, PUBG MOBILE Indonesia also distributed prizes in the form of Ocean Crystals and permanent parachute skins that can be claimed by all players in the event center.
