After a deep research, it turns out the words / fragments of the song were taken from a song called Koi no Hime Hime Pettanko or in English it means Love Hime Pancake.

But where did the song come from? The song is apparently from a sports, drama, and comedy genre anime titled Yowamushi Pedal. The anime which released in 2013, tells the life of an otaku named Sakamichi Onoda. Long story short, Onoda’s anime club was disbanded and he was trying to find new members in his school. But finding members to join the anime club was not easy until he finally met a cyclist named Shunsuke Imaizumi. His meeting with Imaizumi was somewhat accidental when Imaizumi was practicing near his school and Onoda pedaled the bike on a steep road with ease while singing the song hime hime. He finally decided to challenge Onoda on the condition that he would agree to join Onoda’s anime club if he lost.

In Yowamushi Pedal anime, there is an anime or maybe Onoda's favorite idol, Love Hime (named Kotori Himeno) and he sings the song Koi no Hime Hime Pettanko. The song turned out to lift his spirit and to pedal even faster and make many other cyclists surprised. The funny thing is, the song appeared many times when Onoda was depressed in various episodes. He often made his seniors to sing along with him and make his speed so unmatched in the anime. Maybe this song can indeed encourage you when depressed, guys?
