In One Piece, there are many strong seas, of course, the bounty is also high. One example is a member of obi Roppo, Sweet General of the Big Mom Pirates, or All-Star of the Beasts Pirates. 1. Boa Hancock

As a Shichibukai, of course, Boa Hancock is very strong. Perhaps her fighting ability is more or less on par with the Marine Admirals. She ate Mero Mero no Mi which gives her the ability to turn opponents to stone. Many men can turn to stone just by looking at her.

Even so, Hancock only has a bounty of 80 million Belly until now, the same value she got 13 years ago. Hancock's bounty should now increase to approximately 500 million -1 billion Belly.

2. Jesus Burgess

Burgess himself is the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates' first division. Even though he hasn't eaten a devil fruit, his physical abilities are already extraordinary. Unfortunately, he has a bounty of 20 million Belly. Burgess deserved a much higher bounty.

3. Mr. 3

Mr. 3 or whose real name is Galdino is a former member of Baroque Works who is also the main antagonist in the Little Garden arc. He also mastered the devil fruit ability which made him a wax man.

Mr. 3 only has a bounty of 24 million Belly, even though he was one of Impel Down's prisoners who managed to escape. The World Government should increase its bounty. Currently, Mr. 3 joins Buggy, who knew him during his time at Impel Down.

4. Buggy

Although his strength is not that great, Buggy ate the Bara Bara no Mi which makes him unable to be killed by a sharp weapon that cuts his body. Plus, he is a former crew member of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, and Shanks' best friend whom the latter is currently a Yonkou.

Buggy once joined the Shichibukai. Seeing his great reputation, it seems strange that he only has a bounty of 15 million Belly. Buggy deserves a much bigger bounty.

5. Pica

Pica is one of the main antagonists in the Dressrosa arc that Zoro faced. Pica ate the Ishi Ishi no Mi which turns him into a stone man. He can manipulate the stones around him. Even he can fuse stones.

In the Dressrosa arc, Pica looks to be a new giant that is much larger than most of the giants in One Piece. With a body of that size, it's easy for Pica to destroy an entire city. Even so, Pica only has a bounty of 99 million Belly. This is nothing compared to his dangerous abilities.

6. Van Augur

Van Augur was the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates' third division. His ability as a sniper is very dangerous. He can even shoot a bird from a distance of tens of kilometers.

You could say Van Augur is the second-best sniper in One Piece after Yasopp. Even so, Augur only has a bounty of 64 million Belly. Of course, this is not comparable to the ability of a sniper.

7. Emporio Ivankov

Ivankov is the leader of the Kamabakka Kingdom and also a member of the Revolutionary Army that opposes the World Government. He planned Luffy's escape from Impel Down.

Ivan is a good friend of Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army. But the bounty is only 100 million Belly. Ivan deserved a much bigger bounty than that.

8. Nico Robin

Robin is one of the most sought after by the World Government because of her knowledge of being able to read poneglyphs. The knowledge that is considered forbidden makes Robin a fugitive since he was a child.

Until this Wano arc, Robin only has a bounty of 130 million Belly. Even though seeing herself as a big threat to the World Government, Robin should have had a much bigger bounty.

9. Crocodile

Crocodile is one of the users of Logia abilities which is certainly very strong. In addition to destroying Arabasta, Crocodile also fought at Marineford and had time facing Doflamingo. He also had time to save Luffy from Akainu.

Unfortunately, Crocodile's bounty is relatively small, which is only 81 million Belly. As someone who was once a Shichibukai and possessor of the Logia ability, Crocodile should have a bounty of more than 500 million Belly.

10. Chopper
