If you’re a fan of Picky Picks, you're probably aware that this YouTube channel is famous for reaction content, from cringe to hilarious content from around the Internet. Picky Picks is always a popular choice for some viewers who enjoy reaction videos. However, it turns out that behind the best content from this YouTube channel, it turns out that there are several challenges the founder, Bimo, has to deal with.

He admitted that his own difficulty was regarding his mood when he had to shoot reaction videos. Years of making reaction content, Bimo can sometimes get bored of it. Another difficulty is collecting cringe or tacky content that are original, not contrived and not fake.

“Nowadays, there are people who are tacky. They are actually proud of being called like that, "Yes, I'm tacky, I'm fine with that, leave comments, make me go fyp", it becomes something difficult when we are looking for genuine cringe content,” Bimo said.

Apart from that, another reason why his reaction to cringe content usually has a fairly short duration -- usually only 10-15 minutes -- is because it is difficult to find material for that kind of content. Materials for this content are usually handpicked by himself or sometimes by his team. However, he admits that most of the time, he looks for cringe content materials. Bimo feels more satisfied when he can find it himself and can assess how he will react when creating the content.

“So, actually, I watched the videos (prior to shooting). I prefer to find the videos myself, so I can think about "oh I can make a joke about this, I can take this perspective," Bimo said.

Many also wonder about Bimo's relationship with the people involved in making the video that he reacts to. Bimo admits that he has never been canceled solely because of his reactions in his videos.

“So far there isn't one, perhaps for some people, the point is to say thanks (to the original creators), because they get exposure from the videos. It's probably a rather uncomfortable route (to popularity), but it's still exposure regardless," Bimo told Dunia Games.

However, when someone sends him unpleasant response to his reaction videos, Bimo prefers to let it slide and not even read the comment. Because for him, it’s impossible to please everyone. It’s their rights to dislike his video, and it’s his right to make reaction videos.
