Bigetron by Vitality will be one of the Indonesian teams competing in the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Grand Finals in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on May 30-31, 2026. As we know, three Indonesian teams have qualified for the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Grand Finals: Bigetron by Vitality, RRQ Kazu, and EVOS Divine. Naturally, as the first team to qualify for the Grand Finals, Bigetron by Vitality aims to win the championship to complete their dominance this season. In the Knockout Phase, Kojaa and his teammates outperformed opposing teams from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and even Indonesia.
Bigetron by Vitality's success in becoming the first team to qualify for the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Grand Finals clearly demonstrates the strong motivation Kojaa and his teammates have for the championship. Like "Almost Isn't Enough," the team coached by Christian Jonathan "Chrisjo" Pascoal truly demonstrated their quality, making Bigetron by Vitality worthy of being champions this season. Let's take a look at Bigetron by Vitality's preparations for the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Grand Final below.
Qualifying for the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Grand Final, Bigetron by Vitality Strengthens "Champions Rush" Format Simulation
As we know, Bigetron by Vitality successfully qualified for the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Grand Final on the first day of the Knockout Phase, where Kojaa and his teammates became the first team to qualify representing Indonesia. Bigetron by Vitality secured the qualification alongside All Gamers Global (AG) from Thailand. Coach Chrisjo told Dunia Games (DG) exclusively that his team continues to practice regularly and participates in FFWS live streams to analyze their opponents' gameplay. "After we qualified, we continued our usual training, scrimming in the afternoon and evening, analyzing our opponents through group viewing," Chrisjo told Dunia Games (DG) exclusively.
Furthermore, Coach Chrisjo also stated that the training implemented by Bigetron by Vitality was a "Champion Rush" simulation, hoping his team would easily secure victory once they secured Champion Rush points in the Grand Final. "The training portion has been more focused on Champion Rush simulations for the last few days, because even though there will be a Point Rush round in the Grand Final, we still want to know how, once we have Champion Rush Points, which have been changed from 80 to 90, we can close the game as quickly as possible," he said.
"Because the format has also changed to an 'unlimited match,' we don't want to imagine a worst-case scenario where all 12 teams get Champion Rush points, so we want to close the game as quickly as possible." Regarding the change in the Champion Rush point threshold, Coach Chrisjo added that the change from 80 to 90 points won't change much. Furthermore, by qualifying early, Coach Chrisjo admitted that he and his team had more time to analyze their opponents.
"Perhaps it was more about the matches being longer. The tempo remains the same; we're still playing aggressively and quickly. Stamina will impact our teammates because they need focus and high morale to avoid becoming passive and defensive. There are no significant strategic changes from Bigetron by Vitality; we're simply strengthening what we already have and what we implemented in the Knockout Stage yesterday," Coach Chrisjo added.
"We qualified early yesterday, which actually benefited us because we set a goal. It wasn't just luck or good fortune; we set a goal, and we knew that we would get less playing time, but we would be able to analyze our opponents more, and thank God, we achieved that," he explained.
Chrisjo Prepares Non-Technical Support for Bigetron by Vitality in the Grand Finals, Not Just Technical
Coach Chrisjo also stated to Dunia Games (DG) that he, as a coach, pays close attention to the players' nutritional intake. He continues to ensure that the players receive adequate and good nutrition. In addition to nutrition, Chrisjo also ensures that vitamins are provided to support his players' condition and performance. "Thank God, this isn't our first time participating in an international event. We've also been to Vietnam twice. Learning from our first experience in Vietnam, the food was a bit more challenging than in Thailand, to be honest," Chrisjo said.
"Therefore, we maximize our nutritional intake, whether it's food or drinks, through breakfast at the hotel. The rule is, whether the players are sleepy or tired, they must eat breakfast. The manager also provides mineral water, which is supplied daily and requires a mandatory 1.5 liters per day. I've also helped provide vitamins for the players."
Targeting the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Championship, Chrisjo Makes EWC 2026 an Important "Buff"!
Furthermore, Chrisjo expressed his views on the relocation of the 2026 Esports World Cup (EWC) venue from Riyadh to Paris. He stated that it was a well-considered and well-intentioned decision. Furthermore, Chrisjo stated that the move from Riyadh to Paris has boosted his players' morale. "I think this is a well-considered decision, of course, and I'm grateful for the best. This is a goal for those visiting France for the first time, so they'll be even more enthusiastic," Chrisjo said.
Ahead of the Bigetron by Vitality squad's departure for the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Grand Final, Chrisjo stated that Bigetron CEO Edwin "Starlest" Chia has provided moral support for the team's hopes of winning the championship and qualifying for the Esports World Cup (EWC). "Ed gave us encouragement to qualify for the EWC, as Team Vitality's home ground is there (France), so we were even more motivated. Ed also said that regardless of our FFCM results this season (Summer), we'll sacrifice everything to focus on the Battle Royale mode in SEA Spring to secure our EWC spot," he explained.
Finally, Coach Chrisjo assured that Bigetron by Vitality is ready to compete in the Grand Finals to win. According to him, what sets his team apart this season compared to last year is that they will be much sharper and more lethal. "Our opening team fights will be sharper because I've been working on a double sniper lineup with the current SEA team. Our headshot ratio isn't that high, but in terms of hits from our snipers, our AWM is much more lethal than headshots, in my opinion," he concluded.
"So that's what will set us apart: our long-range (strength) will be more lethal, more terrifying, and we'll be able to finish off enemies faster."
