The PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Indonesia 2026 Spring competition, or PMPL ID 2026 Spring, has been running since Friday, February 27, 2026. The return of the PMPL is a breath of fresh air for fans of the PUBG Mobile competitive scene in Indonesia, as the renowned "PUBG Mobile League" is finally back in Indonesia to determine the best PUBG Mobile team in Indonesia and ultimately win the PMPL ID 2026 Spring championship. The PMPL ID 2026 Spring preseason has already seen fan enthusiasm, even in the first week.
The first week of PMPL ID 2026 Spring also saw the return of PUBG Mobile legend Muhammad "Ryzen" Albi to Bigetron by Vitality. Ryzen's return was a major highlight, not only was he back in the lineup, but he also played live on matchday three on Sunday, March 1, 2026. Fans cheered and celebrated Ryzen's return to Bigetron by Vitality after such a long time. However, one question remains: was Ryzen playing at the request of fans? Or was it because of the coach's decision?
BTR Ryzen Returned to PMPL ID 2026 Spring Because of Coach Kent, Not to Fulfill Fan Demand
When PMPL ID 2026 Spring returned, we could see the immense enthusiasm of fans, eager to see their idols compete. Especially when it came to Bigetron by Vitality, many were eager to see Ryzen play again. Furthermore, many fans echoed the hashtag #MainkanRyzenKami as a request to Bigetron by Vitality. Ultimately, Ryzen returned to play.
Although the results weren't significant, Ryzen admitted that his return to PMPL ID 2026 Spring and playing wasn't at the request of fans with the #MainkanRyzenKami. Ryzen didn't comment much on this. "I actually learned about the hashtag #MainkanRyzenKami from Microboy, right? I thought it was a joke at first. Then (I) didn't know how it suddenly spread (too) much traffic. I don't know if it was meant to be netizens' desire for me to return to playing or what, I don't really understand," Ryzen told Dunia Games (DG).
"I thought it was just a joke from Microboy at first," he said. Ryzen added that his return to playing was due to the team's coach, Kent, not a fan request. Ryzen said it was the coach's decision because the Bigetron by Vitality team had been struggling. "Yesterday (me playing) was completely Kent's decision. Because from what I saw, the boys were really struggling on Day 2, with a lot of too soons," Ryzen added.
He also emphasized that Kent perhaps hoped that Ryzen's return would have a significant impact or boost the Bigetron by Vitality team's morale at that time. "Perhaps this is just my opinion, from my perspective. Coach Kent was probably curious about my inclusion and how the team would fare when they're down. But yesterday (me playing) was purely Kent's decision," he concluded.
