Douglas Bullet is the main antagonist in One Piece Stampede which according to Buggy is equivalent to Silver Rayleigh's strength. He is a user of the Gasha Gasha no Mi power which can combine inanimate objects into something new. According to the author, Bullet can be defeated with these various Logia devil fruits!

1. Hie Hie no Mi

Hie Hie no Mi is one of the strongest Logia devil fruits that gives the user the ability to create and manipulate ice according to his will. This fruit was eaten by a former Marine Admiral who has now joined the Blackbeard Pirates, Aokiji.

Only Haki can penetrate this ability, as well as a strength that is his natural weakness, namely Akainu's Magu Magu no Mi.

2. Pika Pika no Mi

Pika Pika no Mi is a Logia-type devil fruit that is able to make the user manipulate and become light. One of the strongest Logia devil fruits was eaten by one of the Marine Admirals, Kizaru. Apart from being able to attack using light, Kizaru is also immune from physical attacks thanks to the effects of the Logia-type fruit.

3. Magu Magu no Mi

5. Mera Mera no Mi

Mera Mera no Mi is a Logia-type devil fruit that was eaten by Portgas D. Ace. This gives him the ability to manipulate and generate fire according to his will. When Ace dies, the Mera Mera no Mi grows back and is obtained by Doflamingo.

This ability then passes to Sabo who wins the battle at Corrida Colosseum and gets the Mera Mera no Mi. At Stampede, Sabo also joined the fight against Douglas Bullet at the end and he proved to be a great help.

6. Suna Suna no Mi

Suna Suna no Mi is a devil fruit that was eaten by a former member of the Shichibukai, Crocodile. This Logia-type devil fruit gives the user the ability to create and manipulate sand at will. It also turns the user into a sandman.

Because it has Logia abilities, Crocodile is ineffective against physical attacks. Crocodile is also in the movie Stampede, but he doesn't face Bullet with Luffy and the others. If he fought, maybe Crocodile also had a chance to win considering he must have been much stronger after the time skip.

7. Goro Goro no Mi

The Goro Goro no Mi is one of the strongest Logia devil fruits eaten by the Skypiea resident who is considered a god, Enel. It grants the user the ability to generate and manipulate electricity at will.

Enel's defeat against Luffy was actually not because he was weak, but Luffy's rubber body which was immune to electricity. If Luffy wasn't a Gomu Gomu no Mi eater, maybe he had already lost badly to Enel. Maybe Enel also had a chance to win against Douglass Bullet.

8. Numa Numa no Mi

Caribou may be weak, but not his devil fruit. The Numa Numa no Mi is a Logia-type devil fruit that can turn its user into a swamp man. The user can create mud that can even drown his opponent in the mud.

Unfortunately, this fruit was eaten by Caribou, a weak opponent. If it was eaten by a stronger fighter, this ability would be extremely dangerous. It could be that Bullet will also lose against this ability.
