Herta's skill is a progressive AoE attack that starts as a single hit, then transitions to Blast AoE, and finally a full AoE attack. The skill deals up to 70% ATK per hit, totaling 210% for the main target and 140% for surrounding enemies. The Enhanced Skill deals up to 80% ATK per hit and adds a fourth AoE attack, resulting in a total of 280% ATK for the main target and 200% for surrounding enemies.
Herta’s talent applies Interpretation stacks on enemies, up to 42 stacks, which increases the damage multiplier of her Enhanced Skill. With 42 stacks, the damage can reach 616% for the main target, 368% for surrounding enemies, and 288% for other enemies. When paired with another Erudition character, this multiplier can increase up to 672%, yielding a total damage of 2936% when attacking five enemies.
Herta’s Ultimate resets the Interpretation stacks, prioritizes Elite enemies, and provides an ATK boost of up to 80% along with 200% damage to all enemies. After using the Ultimate, Herta gains one Inspiration stack to use her Enhanced Skill again. Despite its high energy cost, this Ultimate is crucial in maximizing Herta's damage output.
Best Build for The Herta:
Herta should be built as a CRIT DPS focusing on ATK, CRIT Rate, and CRIT DMG. Her best-in-slot Relic set is Scholar of Lost Erudition, which provides a significant bonus to Skill DMG whenever she uses her Ultimate.
For Planar Ornaments, Izumo Gensei is the best choice for Herta, granting a CRIT Rate buff, and she should always be paired with another Erudition unit. You can also use Rutilant Arena to increase Skill DMG.
Recommended Stats:
Stat | Recommended Value |
---|---|
CRIT Rate | 80% - 90%+ |
CRIT DMG | 120% or more |
SPD | 134 and above |
ATK | 2600 or more |
It is important to prioritize achieving at least 80% CRIT Rate over CRIT DMG, as Herta automatically gets an 80% CRIT DMG buff from her Bonus Ability when paired with another Erudition unit.
A SPD breakpoint of 134 or higher will ensure that Herta gets more turns in a cycle. If Jade is in the party and uses her Skill on Herta, you can lower Herta’s SPD to 113.
