Fanny has some flexibility when it comes to boots. However, Tough Boots is probably the best option as it increases her Magic Resist and reduces CC effects.

For the Retribution, you should pick Bloody Retribution for the additional Lifesteal -- allowing her to sustain longer in fights.

Blade of the Heptaseas

Blade of the Heptaseas is the best Offense item for Assassins like Fanny as it increases a significant amount of additional HP and Physical Attack, which will make her much stronger.
