Arcane Boots

Johnson needs Magic Penetration to increase his damage output. Therefore, Arcane Boots is a great item for Johnson as it offers some Magic Penetration points that will help him increase his damage in the early game.

The additional Movement Speed from this item will also help him roam more effectively.

Fleeting Time

This item is perfect for Johnson because aside from the additional 70 Magic Power and 15% Cooldown Reduction it offers, Fleeting Time also has a Passive that reduces cooldown for his Ultimate by 30% after securing a takedown.

Genius Wand

This item isn’t that popular, but, Genius Wand is a useful item for Johnson with the additional Magic Power, Movement Speed, and Magic Penetration it offers. 

On top of that, Genius Wand also has a Passive that reduces your target’s Magic Defense by 10 points.

Therefore, Johnson can still dish out massive damage even when his targets already have Magic Defense Items.

Holy Crystal

Blood Wings

Blood Wings is the most powerful magic item for Johnson-Mage. This item increases his Magic Power by 150 points and HP by 500, making him a lot tankier than before.

Execute is a useful Battle Spell to have for Johnson. With Execute, Johnson can finish off his targets with ease, helping him secure more kills on low-HP targets.
