Elemental Skill: Stellar Restoration is the decisive factor whether you want Keqing as the Electro DPS or Physical DPS. For Electro DPS, press this skill twice in a row to infuse Keqing's Normal and Charge Attack with Electro elements. As for Physical DPS, Stellar Restoration is used for additional DMG only. Activate this skill and blow it up with Keqing's Charge Attack.

Keqing's Elemental Burst: Starward Sword is also extremely powerful, causing AoE Electro DMG. The enemy cannot injure Keqing when under this skill is active because she has an invisible frame.

Electro DPS - Primordial Jade Cutter (5✰), Sub-stat Crit Rate%.

Effect: HP increased by 20%. Plus, the user gets a bonus ATK based on 1.2% of the user's maximum HP.

Physical DPS - Aquila Favonia (5✰), Sub-stat Physical DMG Bonus.

Effect: increased ATK by 20%. Activates when receiving an attack: the soul of the Falcon of the West will revive and will restore HP equal to 100% Attack and deal 200% DMG to nearby enemies. This effect can only be active every 15 seconds.

Other Options

Electro/Physical DPS - The Black Sword (4✰), Sub-stat Crit Rate%.

Effect: Increases the damage inflicted by Normal or Charged Attack by 20%. Restores HP equal to 60% of Attack when Normal or Charged Attack deals a Critical Hit. This effect can only be active every 5 seconds.

Electro DPS - Lion’s Roar (4✰) - Sub-stat ATK%.

Effect: Increases DMG against enemies affected by Pyro or Electro by 20%.

Artifacts

Just like other DPSs in general, Keqing's additional status ranges from Crit Rate%, Crit DMG%, ATK%, and ATK.

The most recommended Artifact lineup for Keqing are:

Timepiece: ATK% ;
Goblet: Electro DMG Bonus% (for Electro DPS build) or Physical DMG Bonus% (for Physical DPS build);
Crown: Crit Rate% > Crit DMG% > ATK%.

The best sub-stats for each Artifact are Crit Rate%, Crit DMG%, ATK%, and ATK.
