Item Build

Warrior Boots

As a Fighter who spends most of his time in fights, Warrior Boots is the best option for Leomord to provide him with a decent amount of Armor and damage reduction.

There are also other alternatives for Leomord such as the Tough Boots to increase his Magic Resist or Rapid Boots for an additional Movement Speed.

Bloodlust Axe

Bloodlust Axe is a great item for Leomord who relies heavily on his skills. Bloodlust Axe grants 20% additional Spell Vamp, allowing him to restore some HP when using skills. 

But that’s not all, this item also offers 70 Physical Attack and a 10% Cooldown Reduction. By having Bloodlust Axe, Leomord can quickly restore his HP while attacking his targets.

War Axe

War Axe is a perfect item for Fighters like Leomord as it offers 550 Max HP, 45 Physical Attack, 10% Cooldown Reduction, and has a Passive that allows him to enter battle stance upon inflicting damage to any enemy unit. 

It increases his Physical Attack by 9 points and Physical Penetration by 3 points each second for 3s, up to 8 stacks (Marksmen/Mages/Supports only receive 33% of these stacked effects); it also grants 20% Movement Speed at full stacks.

Endless Battle

To further increase his damage output, you can get Endless Battle to increase numerous important attributes such as Physical Attack, Max HP, Cooldown Reduction, Movement Speed, and Lifesteal. 

But the most important thing that you want to get from getting Endless Battle is its Passive effect, which increases his Basic Attacks after using a skill.

Blade of Despair

To further increase his damage output, you can get Blade of Despair for Leomord to get the 160 Physical Attack and 5% Movement Speed bonuses. It also has a Passive that grants him a 25% bonus Physical Attack against targets with less than 50% HP.

Immortality

Immortality is a crucial item to have for Leomord as aside from increasing his HP and Defense, its Passive, Resurrection, which resurrects Leomord upon death.

Emblem

Assassin Emblem Set

Although he’s a Fighter, the Assassin Emblem Set is the best choice for Leomord as it increases several important attributes, such as Physical Attack, Physical Penetration, Critical Chance, Cooldown Reduction, and Movement Speed.

1st Tier Talent: Agility

Movement Speed is one of the most important stats for Leomord to help him roam more effectively. Therefore, you should pick Agility to increase his Movement Speed by 2% per level.

2nd Tier Talent: Invasion

For the next Tier, you should pick Invasion for the additional 2 points of Physical Penetration per level. Thus, Leomord will be able to do a huge amount of damage against opponents who have Defensive items.

3rd Tier Talent: Killing Spree

Of the three upgrades in this Tier, Killing Spree is probably the best upgrade for Leomord. This talent allows the user to restore 15% of HP and increases Movement Speed by 20% after securing a kill.

Battle Spell

Flicker

Flicker is a great spell that you can use to set up various combos with Leomord. Usually, Flicker can be used to chase down an escaping target, or to escape from your opponents.

Execute

Execute is the best Spell for Leomord to help him execute low-health targets. With this Spell, none of his targets will be able to escape him.

Gameplay

1. Use Phantom Steed (U) to initiate fights as the skill has a knockback effect that applies on a large area, and allows Leomord to mount his horse Barbiel;
2. Poke at your targets using Momentum (1) as this skill covers a vast area, inflicts huge damage, and has a short cooldown;
3. Play safely during the early game as Leomord is significantly weaker during this stage.
