Chidori is an electricity element ninja technique that becomes Kakashi’s and Sasuke’s signature. When used, this Jutsu will cover the entire user’s palm with electric current and it’s a little bit damaging the skin.

The immense power not only “wounding” the user, but also the enemies. Chidori user has a side effect in high speed, and enemies don’t realize that they have been stabbed by hand-coated Chidori!

But, it turns out that Chidori is not a secret technique mastered by Sasuke and Kakashi from Konohagakure! Five ninjas in total can use this technique, and who are they? Without further ado, let’s get into it!

1. Kakashi Hatake

Surely the creator of this Jutsu. Kakashi stands on the first spot. The Jutsu at first named Chidori because the electric current that produced resembles bird’s chirps (as Chidori translated into thousand birds). Later, the Jutsu renamed Raikiri after Kakashi managed to master the Jutsu’s accuracy until it can tear down a thunder.

2. Sasuke Uchiha

To have a Jutsu to defeat Gaara, Kakashi later taught Chidori to Sasuke. Until the end of Naruto Shippuden, Sasuke had mastered Chidori until it can be imbued to his weapon he used to flow electricity and stunning the enemies until giving vibration effect and shapen his sword.

Sasuke also can use it as a long-range weapon and add it to his Susano'o.

3. Hagoromo Otsutsuki

Even though it’s unnamed, the past Rikudo Sennin also known to able to unleash an electricity element Jutsu which appears similar to Chidori.

4. Indra Otsutsuki

Like his father, Indra also was seen to be able to master a technique where his hand covered in electricity.

5. The Third Raikage

This Jutsu by The Third Raikage is indeed not Chidori, but the mechanism is very similar. Hands (and body) of the Third Raikage first coated with electricity chakra, and later he will run so fast and pierce his opponent with his fingers. This Jutsu is known as "Hell Stab."

Raikage managed to increase the penetration power by increasing the fingers he will use to attack. Hell Stab with one finger is the sharpest and deadliest attack that he has.

It’s not weird if the Third Raikage or other Kumogakure ninjas can develop similar techniques like Chidori, remembering that most of them mastered the electricity element naturally.
