Citing Ubisoft’s official page, you need to own and registry to Uplay to get Watch Dogs 2 for free on PC. then you need to install Uplay on your PC. The next step is to watch the live stream event, Ubisoft Forward, that is aired on 13 July 2020 at 02:00 WIB.

“Don’t forget to log in with your Uplay account anytime after Trackmania and before the end of the main show to claim a free copy of Watch Dogs 2 on PC,” Ubisoft stated.

The event is held online because E3 is canceled because of the COVID-19 outbreak. So Ubisoft organized a special event to exhibit information about their latest games.
