The longest game record in MPL history occurred in Game 5 between Fnatic Onic and Geek Fam ID in the MPL ID Season 14 playoffs, held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
This match became the first official MPL ID tournament game in Indonesia to reach the 41-minute mark. Specifically, the game, which Geek Fam ID won with a score of 18-21, concluded at 41:34.
Interestingly, Geek Fam ID successfully employed a high-ground META strategy. Although Fnatic Onic led in kills, Geek Fam’s objective-focused gameplay turned the tide in their favor by the end of the match.
