Some time ago, one of the new teams in MPL MY Season 17, AC Esports, officially announced its roster. At the MPL MY Season 17 "New Era" press conference, AC Esports revealed the presence of several renowned players and coaches for the upcoming new competitive season. AC Esports also announced their coaches, with Coach Adi, previously with ONIC, officially joining the team. Along with Adi, Coach Loong from DFYG is also serving as an assistant.

AC Esports also features a selection of top players from Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia for MPL MY Season 17. These include Momo (EXP Laner), Eyymal (Jungler), Izanami (Mid), Kusey (Gold Laner), Widy (Roamer), and Yepz (Subs). The team is led by Simon Lim, who previously managed to build the Selangor Red Giants.
