The CP0 group is seen on their way to Egghead Island. Their three members who came were Rob Lucci, Kaku, and Stussy. Lucci mentions that they have a mission to destroy all of Vegapunk's satellites and Vegapunk itself. It is not yet known why they got the assignment.

It was definitely the World Government who gave this assignment. That's because only CP0 works directly under the World Government compared to other Cipher Pols. Here Stussy also reveals that the "cats" of Vegapunk will be troublesome. We still don't know who these "cats" are.

Rob Lucci and Kaku joined CP0 after the time skip. For some reason, they were able to be promoted from CP9 even though they were defeated by Luffy and Zoro in Enies Lobby.
