Horror fans must be familiar with the term Creepypasta. Creepypasta is a new word formed from combining the words "creepy" and "copypasta". Copypasta or what we usually call Copy Paste is a block of text that is copied and pasted on the internet by someone via online forums and social networking sites.

However, as time goes by, the term Creepypasta seems to have become a new genre in the world of fiction. Like urban legends, or scary stories like the kind of reading that tells something that is enough to make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.

There are many Creepypasta stories either from Indonesia or translated from other countries. Here, Dunia Games has gathered several short Creepypasta stories that will make your skin crawl.

1. The Clock

The last thing I saw was the clock on my bedside showing 12:17 a.m., before his long rotten fingernails dug into my chest. While his other hand covered my mouth to silence my screams. I woke up and sat up straight, relieved that it was all just a dream. But when I looked at the clock it was 00:16, I heard the cupboard door slowly open.

2. The Painting

A woman was sitting in the clinic waiting room staring at a painting of a terrible woman with an evil smile on her face. After a while, she realized that what she was seeing was not a painting, but a mirror.

3. Cat

I always thought my cat had vision problems, his eyes always seemed glued to my face. Until finally one day I realized that he was always staring at something behind me.

4. The Doll

I still insisted on burning my daughter’s doll even though she cried because of it. My daughter doesn't know how scared I am every time she thinks I'm the one who moves the doll into her bed every night.

5. Under the Bed

I laid my only son on his bed, then he said, "Dad, check to see if there is a monster under my bed. So, I looked under his bed to make him calm down. However, when I saw him there, my other son curled up under the bed, looked back at me while trembling, then whispered, "Dad there is someone on my bed."

6. Comfort

I never dared to come here before. People say it's haunted here, lots of ghosts and demons roaming around. They all like to eat small children. But over time, I proved that it was just a fake story. It's actually very comfortable here. I no longer need to see daddy who gets drunk and beats me every day. Or the teachers who mock me every day.

7. Flowerman

As usual he came again. Such a loser. He only dared to come when my mom and dad weren't there. If they happened to be around, the man would just hide and wait for my parents to leave. When he met me, he didn't say anything either. What kind of man is that? He just gave flowers and cried.
