Honkai Star Rail, which was recently released, has become so popular that its incredible revenue is able to beat Genshin Impact. In this game there are also various kinds of characters with various types and skills. On this occasion, the author would like to discuss the Fire character that has existed in Honkai Star Rail so far!

1. Asta

Even though she's not the best support character, Asta can be a temporary support character on your team. Asta can be a very good support for Seele who needs the Speed buff to max out all of her skills. Asta has a skill that can give an ATK buff to one partner, while his Ultimate gives an SPD buff to all party members.

Asta also has a Talent that can increase the ATK of allies per opponent hit by up to five times. Asta A2 can be used as a damager thanks to his basic ATK which has an 80% chance to give Burn to the opponent for 3 turns. Meanwhile, A4 Asta can give Fire DMG buff to all party members.

2. Hook

Hook might be the lowest tier for a Fire type character in Honkai Star Rail for now, but that doesn't mean he's bad. As a Destruction type character, Hook has a very high HP base. This allows her to act as a semi tank while giving DoT to opponents. Skill, Talent, and Technique from Hook can be combined to give more Burn and DMG to the opponent.

Hook's 2nd and 4th Eidolon will increase the power of the Burn he gives to enemies. This is because the E2 Hook increases Burn duration by 1 turn, and the E4 Hook turns it into an AoE debuffer. Because it attacks a single target, Ultimate from Hook deals considerable damage. This ability becomes even more dangerous in A4's Hook Trace.

3. Fire Trailblazer

Caelus or Fire Trailblazer is a very useful character in the game. Aside from Gepard, he's the only 5-star Preservation character at the moment. The skill he has is able to protect party members by giving a Taunt effect to opponents. While Caelus himself gets a Shield that is strong enough to withstand several opponent's attacks.

Trace A2 from Caelus can reduce DMG taken by 15% to all party members. If you focus on improving Trace and providing the right relics for him, you don't even need a healer to play on many stages because he alone is enough to protect all party members.

4. Himeko

Himeko is the only 5-star Fire character that can be obtained from Warp so far. She is also the highest base ATK compared to other characters. The combination of high ATK with Skill, Talent, and Ultimate allows him to deal deadly AoE DMG to opponents. Himeko also has a Talent that makes her perform additional AoE attacks when her opponent is hit by a break.

Her Trace A2 increases DMG by 20% on enemies affected by Burn. This makes for a very good combination from Himeko. Trace A4 Himeko gives a Crit Rate buff of 15% if her HP is above 80%. Himeko is also suitable to be played with other Erudition characters such as Jing Yuan.

Those are the Fire characters in Honkai Star Rail so far. The next Fire character that has been confirmed is Luka, Fire/Nihility to be precise. Look forward to further news!
