1. S-Tier

This tier is the highest in Tower of Fantasy. These simulacra undoubtedly have superior damage output and weapons that will greatly help you in battles. The characters in the S-Tier are:

• Samir (Dual EM Stars)

Samir is a free soul with a casual look. This character is a sharpshooter who takes down her opponents. Samir can also use normal attacks to jump and fire lightning bullets. Players can also use her special ability to throw a devastating electro field.

• King (Scythe of the Crow)

King is a solid character who excels in penetrating enemy defenses. By dishing out damage using his scythe from afar, King doesn't have to rely on his special ability, as his normal air attacks are powerful enough to take down multiple enemies.

2. A-Tier

The characters in this tier may not have the same specialization as the S-Tier characters, but they have great potential as support players. Here are some of the characters in A-Tier:

• Tsubasa (Ice Wind Arrow)

The ice-bow-wielder is probably the best Support. This character can be obtained through the first permanent banner in the game. Tsubasa had worked with Hykros and served as an officer in the Hyena, who is currently a member of the Aida lineage. Tsubasa is an opportunistic person and is very intelligent beyond her years. Tsubasa is equipped with buffs and cooldown skills that are easy to use.

• Coco Ritter (Absolute Zero)

The innocent young Simulacra specializes in treating her comrades with her healing abilities. In addition to that, she is also a reliable Simulacra for long-running battles.

• Meryl (Rosy Edge)

If you prefer a reliable defensive character, this is the best defender you can use early in the game. Meryl excels in even the most dangerous tasks, thanks to her extraordinary combat abilities. In addition to that, she can penetrate enemy defenses.

• Huma (Molten Shield V2)

Another great defensive simulacrum in Tower of Fantasy, Huma is one of the best. Hykros' simulacra have a rare condition that comes in handy and even makes this character have a reliable superpower.

3. B-Tier

Although the simulacra in this tier aren't the most powerful, their mechanics are still powerful. Here are some of the simulacra in the B-Tier:

• Bai Ling (Nightingale’s Feather)

Bai Ling is one of the leaders in the current HT201 Shelter and has a skill that allows her to do two damage at once, a shot that can trigger an explosion and a shot that can directly stab the opponent.

• Zero

His defensive abilities are very versatile. His special skill provides him a shield to protect himself from enemies that absorb up to 800% of attacks for 10 seconds. That's why this character is quite useful.

• Pepper

Although she's not a DPS, this simulacrum can play a crucial role in terms of healing. Pepper's healing skills came from training in the media division at Hyksos. At first, she was just trying to find a solution in order to treat her illness.

• Shiro

Despite being in B-Tier, Shiro can be a reliable long-range DPS by throwing Grievous at the enemy to cause extra damage. Her special skill, Chakram, can dish out an AoE damage that can pull enemies in, and reduce their speed.

4. C-Tier

The C-Tier is the lowest tier of simulacra and can be used as a last resort. Here are the C-Tier characters in Tower of Fantasy:

• Hilda

Hilda shoots at her targets but does not have a special combo. Yet she can use a turret to make explosive shots.

• Crow

A killer who seeks to punish wrongdoers and free them from the crimes they committed. Crow is a strong, fast, and cunning assassin who moves faster than his lightning. He prefers to lurk in the shadows while planning his next move.

• Ene

This character is quite unique as she is a prototype battle droid made by a private military contractor. Her abilities make her powerful and can be aggravating to deal with. Unfortunately, this character doesn't like working in groups.
