In the fourth episode of Dandadan, the story continues to develop with a focus on the relationship between the main characters, Momo and Okarun. The episode begins with Momo continuing to struggle with her newfound ability to see supernatural beings. She feels pressured by the responsibilities that come with her powers.

On the other hand, Okarun begins to feel a deeper attraction to Momo. In an effort to protect her, Okarun tries to understand more about the supernatural world that surrounds them. The courage and mutual trust between the two are at the heart of the story, even though they are faced with various obstacles.

The main conflict in this episode arises when Momo and Okarun go to defeat Turbo Granny. Momo finally finds strength within herself and learns not to rely solely on Aoi.

This episode also presents some humorous elements that lighten the tense moments. The interactions between the side characters add color to the story and add depth to the world of Dandadan.

After hard training with Momo's grandmother, Okarun became a fast runner after transforming into her half-ghost form. In the end, they tricked Turbo's grandmother into entering Kamikoshi city. That's where Momo's grandmother defeated her with a seal that wards off various ghosts and aliens.
