Considered a Success, One Piece Live Action Reportedly Gets an Anime Adaptation!
Is it true that One Piece Live Action will get an anime adaptation? This is crazy cool!
Anime & Manga | 05 September
After releasing 8 episodes that tell the East Blue Saga, One Piece Live Action Netflix's version is considered successful and has the potential to be continued into a second season. Many say that OPLA is the first Netflix live action that doesn't fail. Reportedly, this success will even make OPLA get an anime adaptation.
Reportedly, TOEI Animation will work on an anime adaptation of One Piece Live Action. Why is live action from anime being adapted into anime again? This is because many scenes in OPLA are different from those in the One Piece anime. For example, Zoro and Nami have joined forces at the end of the Shell Town arc. In the anime, only Zoro joins Luffy after that.
Rumor has it that the original seiyuu from the Straw Hat crew are also returning to voice the characters in this anime version of OPLA. These seiyuu include:
- Mayumi Tanaka as Monkey D. Luffy
- Kazuya Nakai as Roronoa Zoro
- Akemi Okamura as Nami
- Kappei Yamaguchi as Usopp
- Hiroaki Hirata as Sanji
This is still a rumor so it's not certain whether OPLA will be made into an anime version. Do you agree if OPLA is adapted to anime? Maybe Luffy will have slightly curly hair like Inaki Godoy if this happens. Wait for other interesting news about One Piece on Dunia Games!
