Earlier this month, the game producer and developer Bandai Namco announces its new Digimon mobile game. After appearing in Europe and America first, on Friday (18/10), Digimon finally appears in Indonesian Play Store and App Store.
Digimon ReArise told us the story of how Digimon appears in the human world. As the main character, you are partnered with a Digimon named Herissmon that appears out of nowhere. The two of you will help each other to beat the new monsters from the digital world called “Spiral.”
As time passes by, you will meet and tame more Digimons. You can also meet and tame the Digimons that appear on the anime series.
“The Digimon fans will feel the nostalgia when they reunite with their favorite characters from the original Digimon series while meeting several new Digimons,” Yoshiyuki Dambara, the producer in Bandai Namco, wrote in the official press release.
Gameplay-wise, Digimon ReArise from Bandai Namco reuses the turn-based RPG formula. With a 5v5 battle mode, you can use five Digimons from your collections and beat your opponent and the Spiral. Every Digimon that you use has two different skills.
The Digimons in the game can Digivolve just like in other Digimon game series to transform and power-up. Using items or experience you earn from the battle, you can Digivolve your Digimon and reach the Ultimate form (some Digimon can transform into Mega form).
Similar to the other newly released mobile games, Digimon ReArise comes with a gacha system. From the gacha, you can add new Digimons to your collection. Aside from doing gacha, you can add new Digimons to your collection by hatching the egg you get from the battle.
