Digimon World: Next Order is not only available on PS4 and Nintendo Switch, but also on PC via Steam. This news was delivered on November 30, 2022 yesterday. The following are the minimum specs required for a PC to be able to play Digimon World: Next Order:

• OS: Windows 10 (only 64 bit)
• Processor: Intel Core i3-2100 or AMD FX-4300
• Memory: 4GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 1 GB or AMD Radeon HD 6870 1 GB
• DirectX: Version 9.0
• Storage: 7GB 

Then, here are the recommended PC specs to play it:

• OS: Windows 10 (only 64 bit)
• Processor: Intel Core i5-2400 or AMD FX-6350
• Memory: 4GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1 GB or AMD Radeon HD 7850 1 GB
• Storage: 7GB 

But it doesn't say that Digimon World: Next Order supports things like Steam achievements, trading cards, or cloud saves. Digimon World: Next Order will be available for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on February 22, 2023, while it is currently available for PS4 and Vita (in Japan).
