Doraemon Stand By Me is known as a 3D animated movie based on the Doraemon franchise with a touching story. Six years after the first movie released on theaters, Doraemon Stand By Me received a sequel titled Doraemon Stand By Me 2. 

If in the first Stand by Me tells about the beginning of Nobita and Shizuka’s relationship, then, in Doraemon Stand By Me 2, it will focus on this couple that will marry soon. Sadly, Nobita’s unconfident behavior starts again, halting their marriage in the process.

As seen on the trailer, it looks like young (or present) Nobila will once again helping his future self to clear his trouble. And again he’s trouble is still the same as seen in the first movie - where he feels unconfident and inferior.

Doraemon Stand By Me 2 itself already scheduled to be released on August 7, 2020, in Japan. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the schedule has to be postponed until an unknown date.
