This episode can be said to be a relaxed opening because it mostly only tells the story of the dispute between Senku and Ryusui. Before going to the Moon, they have to find materials to make a rocket. And the only place to find it is in the United States. They depart for the US using a ship.

Here, Senku and Ryusui disagree about the ship's route. Ryusui wants a safe route that takes 70 days to arrive, while Senku wants a challenging route that only takes 40 days. They compete in Poker to determine the route. Gen sides with Ryusui, while Kohaku sides with Senku.
