A highly-recommended romantic K-drama is an adaptation of a popular webtoon. Adapted from the webtoon titled The Office Blind Date, the K-drama adaptation is called Business Proposal. The storyline is similar to the webtoon. The story follows Shin Ha Ri, an office employee who takes part in a blind date to stand in for her best friend, Jin Yeong Seo. Yet faith brings Ha Ri with the CEO of the company she works for, Kang Tae Mu. Despite her terrible first impression, Tae Mu continues their relationship after the blind date. Instead, Kang Tae Mu asks Shin Ha Ri for her hand in marriage. Since then, Ha Ri tries to cover her lies and avoids getting noticed by Kang Tae Mu at the office.
2. True Beauty
Another popular rom-com drama is True Beauty. The K-drama – which is an adaptation of the webtoon titled The Secret of Angel – follows a high school student, Lim Ju Gyeong, who feels insecure about her looks. Having been the victim of bullying during her junior high school days, Ju Gyeong tries to change her fate by covering her makeup to boost her confidence.
One day, Ju Gyeong encounters a good-looking boy from her school at a comic bookstore. She doesn’t wear any makeup when she meets Lee Su Ho. Since she’s afraid that someone sees her true appearance, Ju Gyeong pleads Su Ho to keep it a secret. Since then, they get closer to each other, and Ju Gyeong later meets Han Seo Jun. This rom-com K-drama is quite unique as it mixes live-action elements with 3D animation to create the brain cells in the main protagonist’s, Yumi, brain. From her love, rational, emotional, and even hunger cells are all depicted in adorable 3D animation.
This K-drama follows Yumi, a regular office employee who lives a drab life. That is until her encounter with Go Woong in a blind date. Both of them decide to start a romantic relationship, and Yumi’s romantic life begins. The cells in Yumi’s brain influence every step and decisions Yumi makes.

If you are looking for a romantic K-drama with a casual story and makes you feel fuzzy, you should consider watching this drama. This K-drama, which is an adaptation of a webtoon of the same title, follows Lee Yeo Reum, who has to go through difficult times while living in Seoul.
From being betrayed by her boyfriend -- not long after her mother passed away in an accident -- not to mention the treatment from her office colleagues pushed Yeo Reum to quit her job and move to a village by the sea. In this new place, she meets a man named Ahn Dae Bom, an introverted and quiet librarian. Since they often meet and are related on several occasions, the two get closer.

This romantic K-drama which has some comedic elements, is adapted from a webtoon titled Convenience Store Saet-byul, which tells the love story of a minimarket owner and a part-time worker in the minimarket. The drama, which initially tells the story of Jung Saet Byul, a high school student who asks Choi Dae Hyun for help to buy her cigarettes at the convenience store.
Instead of helping her, Dae Hyun gives her some stern telling. After three years, Dae Hyun, who is now a minimarket owner, meets Saet Byul. Thanks to Saet Byul, who is now a minimarket employee, the store's sales have increased. The relationship between the two blossoms, so how will their relationship end? It tells the story of a successful psychiatrist named Woo Do Hee, who deals with the heartbreak of her patients. Kim Hae Kyung is a worker at a media company. The two meet when they both face a romantic relationship that hurts them. This accident puts them together more often and they have dinner together every week. Over time, the two of them get to know each other more deeply.

This drama is an adaptation of the popular webtoon by Chon Kye Kyeong of the same title. It tells the story of an online dating app. The app notifies its users if there is someone who likes or is interested in them within 10 meters. The story of this romantic K-drama is quite unique.
10. Kiss Sixth Sense
This romantic K-drama, is an adaptation of a webtoon of the same title. It follows Hong Ye Sul, who is an ambitious employee at an advertising company. She works for her boss named Cha Min Ho, who has a tough personality and enjoys being in control. This makes Ye Sul depressed for 5 years. Meanwhile, Ye Sul has a supernatural ability that allows her to see the future when she kisses someone on the lips. One day, Ye Sul accidentally kisses Cha Min Ho.
