It has been 25 years since Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga was released. To this day, Luffy is still sailing the oceans to find One Piece. In an interview recently conducted by Gosho Aoyama (the author of Detective Conan) with Oda, the latter revealed that One Piece manga will end in 3 years from now.
“I shouldn't really say this out loud, because so far, I have been pretty off, but as for now, it's a three-year end goal”, said Oda in the interview. Even so, that doesn't mean One Piece will end in 3 years. The length of One Piece story can change at any time depends on Oda, and it can be longer or even shorter.
